Kettle har en brudt dækning, men stadig arbejder taknemmeligt. Serviceniveauet er skuffende anderledes end andre Hilton-egenskaber i Asien.Forreste skrivebord er ikke i stand til at bryde en €50-note; koncierge er ubemandet.Ingen klokkeslæt. En servicepersonale bookede en taxa for os til lufthavnen, men fortalte os ikke, hvilken taxa det er eller betalingsoplysninger.🤔"
