"Where do I start. This was... an amazing holiday. The room was very spacious , clean, and complete. AC was delighful after a long day of sun. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, that gives a very luxury feeling to start your day with coffee in bed lol. There is a smart-tv in both sections of the room. The service, I literally can not find anything bad to say. Everybody is most kind and hard-working, everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The ladies at the reception, the guy at breakfast, all the ladies from housekeeping, the cooks, waitresses a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart! The hotel is located in a busy area, there is a lot of traffick. It is nearby the beach, not very suitable is you are not that mobile perhaps. We just had a chill holiday, did a lovely eco turtle tour with Nefis tours( highly recommended!). If you rent a car you can explore this lovely Island."

"Dette er vores anden gang her på Karras Grande.Fantastisk hotel at bo på.Nicholas hovedleder og Maria var så opmærksomme på alle, meget behagelige og kunne ikke gøre nok for os. Fødevarer var fantastiske, aldrig sultne og en stor vifte af kød, ost, frugt, brød og varm mad. Nær stranden og butikker og restauranter, hvis du ønsker at udlede.Værelser er rummelige og senge er meget komfortabel.Husholdningspersonale var fantastiske, senge lavet hver dag værelset renset godt og friske håndklæder hver dag. Pool area's er meget vel vedligeholdt og spotless .meget solsenge og stole til at slappe af i solen. Baren på poolen har snacks og pasta, iscreme, cocktails og lokale øl altid kold.Bartender Mariglen var fantastisk, venlig altid smilende og villig til at gå den ekstra mil for alle.tjekke, hvordan alt var, og rense op regelmæssigt om pool.Top bar mand.Restaurantpersonalet var fantastisk, velkommen ved døren ved hver måltid med et smil.Fødevarmt og konstant toppet op i hele måltider. Desserter var fantastiske og igen masser af udvalg.Anduela var særligt nyttig i restauranten på alle tidspunkter, at tjekke mad var god, og hvis vi ville holde bordene renere og plader taget væk hurtigt og nye sat med køkken fortsat spise, hvis det er ønsket. Dette hotel er fantastisk og ved ikke, hvor nogle af de lave score kommer ind, vi kunne ikke fejle det, og et godt par mennesker, vi talte med her, er hyppige brugere, der fortsat vender tilbage.Book dette hotel, hvis du ser godt venlig personale, God mad og en god barmand til at holde dig hydreret gennem dagen.Gode forbedringer siden sidste gang, vi var her, har ikke været ubemærket.Et velfungerende hotel hele vejen rundt og vi vil helt sikkert vende tilbage."

"After reading a couple of the reviews I was a little bit skeptical of staying here however you defo should not be, we have just returned from staying here and it was fantastic everything you need in a hotel. We went as a couple and for us it was ideal, we stayed in a studio and it was cleaned every single day by maids who were lovely, and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect, even tho continental some mornings you had the options of bacon and egg. Drinks were very cheap from the pool bar and there is even a swim up bar in pool, we never had any issues at all getting sun beds there aren’t many but it’s not a busy hotel so there is always some spare, even after going out for the morning we managed to get beds! Air con is a little bit pricey for the week (90 euros) however we were able to look over that because it was a lovely hotel stay, safe boxes were not expensive to hire for the week just 40 euros and they are located in the reception. The pool was lovely also . We even got lunch from the pool bar one afternoon and that was also delicious and very reasonable."

"My friend and I have just returned from a lovely week staying at Razis. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome. All of the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a budget room, by choice, so the bathroom was a little small but that was the only thing I can think of. Great location, our room and huge balcony were at the front but noise was no problem. Good choice of food on the menu. As it was my birthday Malania arranged fresh flowers, balloons and wine in the room ☺️. Couldn't fault it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Lyndsey and Tracy x"

"We were welcomed with champagne and politeness. However, when we entered the room, we felt uncomfortable because it was humid and had a bad smell. We had difficulty sleeping on the first night due to the humidity. The next day, we were out at the beach. When we returned, we discovered that the floor was dirty. There were black hairs (mine is long, I am blonde, and the children and my husband have short hair, so it wasn't theirs) and dirt. The description we received from Apollo mentioned that the room was cleaned daily. When we went to take a shower, there was no hot water. We complained at the reception, and they said they would call a technician. After many hours of waiting, without taking a bath, and expecting confirmation that the water was fixed, we got frustrated because no one came to inform us, so we entered the bathroom to bathe with cold water. To our surprise, the water was suddenly fixed. On the same day, while leaving for an evening walk, we met the reception staff who asked us with a smile if everything was okay with the water now. No information was given to us. We also noticed that the curtain was simply hanging and not properly drawn in the room. The bathroom smelled terrible, and the towels were dirty with stains and hairs. The air conditioning was leaking. There was a safe in the room, which they told us was very secure. Later, we discovered that it had a hidden code from 1 to 6, so it wasn't safe at all. Our little son had an accident during the night while we were staying there; he wet the bed. When we removed the sheets, we discovered that the mattress had stains from old urine, blood, and candy wrappers underneath. The pillowcases also had stains (I can't say what they were from, but they didn't give a sense of freshness), and overall, we were disappointed with the hotel. Both my spouse and I went to the reception to express our complaints. They told both of us that the same day, at 6:00 PM, the cleaner would come again to clean the room once more. We waited until 8:30 PM, but no one came. Then we contacted Apollo and complained there. After 10 minutes, there was a knock on the door. It was the reception staff who wanted to properly hang the curtain, something we forgot to mention when we went to complain about everything else. This shows that they were aware of how awful the room was. But they did nothing about it. After 20 minutes, the cleaner came to clean our room once again. Despite the room being cleaned (supposedly, it was still dirty) every day until we left, we hesitated to touch anything, lie down on the bed, or take a bath. The bathroom was disgusting. When my son wet the bed, they did nothing to clean the mattress. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. It's not worth the money. Neither the service nor the cleanliness were good. Choose something else! Cleanliness is crucial in a hotel."

"We just returned from a fantastic holiday at Plaza Pallas and cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely perfect—situated right in the heart of bustling Tsilivi, just a quick two-minute walk down a lovely promenade to the beach, with amazing restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Our room was gorgeous, immaculately clean, spacious, and serviced daily. We loved relaxing on the balcony with views overlooking the nearby hills. The pool area is pristine, featuring plenty of sunbeds, a dedicated kid's pool, and even an on-site family of turtles! What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the fantastic staff. From the reception team to the lovely ladies at breakfast, everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. We highly recommend grabbing a drink at the attached Sambuca Bar, where the energetic atmosphere and live music make for brilliant late-night entertainment. Thank you to Spiros, Katerina, and the entire team for a spectacular holiday! We will definitely be back."

"Unfortunately had a big problem with AC unit that could never be resolved. Unit leaked onto floor creating huge dangerous puddles. Unfortunately the staff copped an attitude when we attempted to get more towels when we had to use all to keep floor safe. Called my wife disrespectful when she complained. Obviously they are trying to run two resorts and failing so they let this one go. The location is great but service is not."

"Da vi ankom, blev vi fortalt, at der var et problem med vores værelse – de tidligere gæster havde revet røret, så bruseren var ikke brugbar.Først var vi lidt bekymrede over, hvad det betød, men det hele virkede fint. Vi fik vores eget private badeværelse ned ad trappen og stadig havde et smukt havudsigt værelse op ad trappen.Det var lidt svært at gå ned ad trappen til bruser, men ærligt og se solen op fra vores balkon, der blev lavet for det. Personalet var alle super venligt og hjælpsomt.Et særligt skrig til Yiannis – så velkommen og opmærksom, og virkelig hjalp med at skabe en dejlig venlig atmosfære!Det er lidt overraskende, at stedet ikke er mere travlt om natten, fordi det er et så smukt sted. Jeg tror, det er lidt længere fra hovedstregen, som vi faktisk kunne lide, fordi det betød, at tingene var stillere – og du er stadig kun et par minutters gang fra alt.På trods af bruserens problem havde vi en fantastisk tid her. Hvis vi vender tilbage til Tsilivi, ville vi helt sikkert blive igen.Tak for en stor ferie!"

"We have just returned from a nice stay at the Tesoro, location was excellent for restaurants and bars, room was a lovely size and comfortable bed, bedding was lovely and fresh and cleaning staff cleaned and refreshed towels daily. Food could be better but we were not bothered as for what we paid our plan was to eat out daily drinks were a bonus. Staff were very helpful and the older bearded gentleman who was there every day working hard in the restaurant to ensure the food was always replenished, and the female English manager (sorry I didn’t get her name) was always on hand if there was any issues and was always so polite and did her utmost to resolve any issues but for us there wasn’t any where else can you get a decent room food,drink a swimming pool all for less than £70 a day."

"Han er lige vendt tilbage fra en 2-ugers pause og har haft en stor ferie, hvad gør Karras Grande specielt er personalet i alle afdelinger, uanset om det er Receptionister (Jenni} natteportøren {George}, Rengøringsvirksomheder (Linda), Restaurantpersonale (Anduela & Fay), vedligeholdelse (Qemal), Entertainment Team (Jack & Isa), Management (Antonis the General Manager, Nikos the Hotel Manager & Nikos the Restaurant Manager). Men for os er stjernen i showet Marino i Basillico Bar, han er en absolut kredit til hotellet, han arbejder træt og er omhyggelig i sin holdning til kunder og hans bar pligter. Han holder altid barområdet ren, altid tidlig og rense borde, mens han organiserer Sæder, solsenge, parasols osv., samtidig med at han sørger for, at gæsterne serveres hurtigt og med et smil Restauranten har altid haft en god række anstændige kvalitetsfødevarer. De alkoliknende drikkevarer, vi fandt, var gode - men de bløde drikkevarer, især kostkokken, er ikke meget gode med klager fra andre gæster - dette bør behandles af ledelse,"
