"Det er meget rent, og værelset er også stort og dekoreret meget smukt.Krystalsen er stort nok til at sove to voksne.Det er også tæt på pizzatornet og fem minutters gang. Receptionen er meget god og tålmodig, fordi jeg skal flyve tidligt næste dag, og jeg har også hjulpet med at pakke morgenmad, jeg har meget omhyggeligt spurgt om typen af morgenmad, og endelig har jeg hjulpet os med at pakke en stor morgenmad med ind i bilen, og jeg har også hjulpet med at kalde en taxi, meget anbefalet."

"I had a bit of a hard time checking my email when I first checked in, but I was able to check it and follow the check-in process. The accommodation was large and clean, which was great. The common area had a refrigerator and microwave, which was very convenient. The Tower of Pisa was within walking distance of the accommodation, making it a great place to visit."

"What a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues). Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy. The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day. Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly. We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)"

"We visited this hotel/hostel as a family, below our experience: I will start with positives first: 1. Conveniently located, near to the airport, train station and city center 2. Nice coffe at the morning Now list of negatives: 1. Very rude and unpolite staff and manager. He started yelling at me just because I've asked for a baby cot, which was advertized at all booking web pages of this hostel. He said that they don't have baby cots. Then he ironically laughed. Definitely not a proper way to talk like this with guests! 2. Wi fi not available in our room. There was no wi fi signal. However it was available in the reception. 3. Extremely noisy and loud area, no sound proof. You can hear the planes, the trains, the noise from the street (loud musik, cars), the other guests... 4. Old building and not clean. I will definitly not recommend this hotel for a families, nor to any other. I will not stay there again, even if you pay me."
