I asked to change without additional payment to 29. They didn’t change it for me. I had to cancel the reservation and book again on double price. This cannot be done. Due to the fault of Blu Star, a state-owned company, I could not arrive by ferry. In the toilet, the water from the tap flows directly onto the toilet."
