The rooms were fully equipped with amenities, including a mini-fridge and complimentary soft drinks. Downstairs, there's a conference room, laundry room with washers, dryers, and ironing machines, and even a gym. They also offer free shuttle service, and the breakfast is fantastic, with a great variety of main dishes, pastries, fruits, milk, and more. This is definitely my top recommendation for a hotel in Pingyao! Highly recommend!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰"

When I called because the toilet was broken, it took an hour for someone to arrive, and by then it was already midnight. The exorbitant price and terrible experience create a stark contrast; one stay was a complete disaster, and I will never return."

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was super quick. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a log until morning. The soundproofing was excellent too; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The location is superb, right above a subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. It's truly great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place first next time I'm in the area!"
