The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Runda International shopping district. Runda International is just a short walk away, and there are various restaurants downstairs, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, or late-night snacks. It's only a 10-minute walk to my office, saving me a lot of commuting time. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful during check-in. They quickly verified my information, explained things clearly, and even offered to help with my luggage. The whole process was completed very quickly. My first impression of the room was its cleanliness. The floor was spotless, the sheets and duvet covers had just been changed, and they felt soft and comfortable against the skin, with no unpleasant odor but rather a light, pleasant scent of laundry detergent. The bathroom tiles were also spotless, the sink and shower were free of water stains, and the toilet was gleaming – attention to detail was exceptional. The room facilities were new, the air conditioning cooled quickly and quietly, ensuring a peaceful rest; the TV had a clear picture and many channels, so I could relax and watch some shows after a busy evening. The most pleasant surprise was the soundproofing. Even though there was a shopping district right outside the window, you could barely hear any noise with the windows closed. Plus, the mattress was just the right firmness and the pillows were fluffy, so I slept very soundly every night. Check-out was also smooth; the front desk staff even thoughtfully inquired about my stay. The service throughout was very warm and welcoming. With such a high cost-performance ratio, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
