When we complained to the hotel, the travel agency that booked the room via LINE claimed that we two were yelling in the lobby. When we asked them to provide CCTV footage of the yelling, they couldn't, so they turned around and accused us of yelling in the room. Is the hotel incompetent, or is Taiwan incompetent in its government, trying to damage the industry's image?"
