The only minor drawback I found was that the service wasn't proactive enough. For instance, we missed afternoon tea, and while I saw in other reviews that they'd compensate for it, the butler never offered, and we ended up forgetting about it. Also, we had to specifically ask for the fireworks included in our package. It felt like if you didn't ask, they wouldn't offer. Despite these small issues, it's still an excellent place, and I would recommend it to friends."
