Bed is super soft althought i prefer a firmer bed. Good thing is room has no smoke smell, which is rare in china hotels. Generally one of the better hotel to stay if you are an international traveller."

"The Holiday Inn Express Pyeongchang is truly remarkable among all the Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed at. Judging by the decor and room size alone, it's a member of the Indigo brand, perhaps due to its location in the small county of Pyeongchang. The service was exceptional. Upon check-in, I casually asked if there was sparkling water as a welcome drink and was told no. The hotel actually made me a special drink and sent it to my room. I was so touched. The breakfast was also very generous, and the quality of the dishes was exceptional, far superior to other Holiday Inn Express hotels."
