"A wonderful hotel in the midst of history....and what a history. Beautiful English harbour a magical place....u really cannot believe u are in the caribbean. Lush surroundings, lots to see, great walks, also a museum. Yachts surrounding the area. The hotel is split into two units with one across the water, a small boat will take u there and back. We stayed in PM16 a small cottage but large enough for a couple and contained all amenities, albeit a little dated but extremely clean. There is a great restaurant overlooking the infinity pool perched on top of the hill....great views. The other part of the hotel is a elegant house housing bedrooms on the top floor. Breakfast is delicious, freshly cook for u but expensive about US30 dollar. Antigua is not a cheap island, especially The English Harbour as there is a lot of wealth in the area with large element homes scattered on the hillside. Shirley Heights is 5 minutes ago."
