"The most spacious room The bed is soft and hard, no back pain. The pillows have different firmnesses, choose as you like. There are 4 of them. There are a lot of plugs. The air conditioner is cool. The balcony has a sink. One condo unit is full. The lights are yellow, orange, very thick, a little too little. But if you're just laying down and resting, not working or reading, you can use it. In the bathroom, where the bidet hanger has a hook or something sticking out, your hand might hit it 2-3 times if it's not in use. Please take it out for me. And the shower has 2 types of adjustment. The one on the head doesn't adjust the water. Water leaks at the bottom thread joint. The water pressure is very strong. And there are no bath towels. When I was dropping off a friend at home, I stole some old clothes. Use it to wipe your feet when leaving the bathroom. Overall, it's good. There's plenty of parking, but it might be a little cramped if the car is full. (It's also in the middle of the car.) Convenient transportation. Went during Songkran and got 1 Mor Hom shirt. There's definitely a chance to go again 😉"

"Searching on TripAdvisor for a hotel near Phrae, we found this homestay. Reading all those good reviews, we were a bit sceptical as it is in the middle of the ricefields. Checking out the website, we saw that they even have a restaurant. That made us more sceptical. But despite our sceptical feelings, we made the booking. When we arrived at the place, it surprised us in a very positive way. A well-designed yet straightforward building houses six rooms. All are simple but very nicely decorated—good beds and a shower. The restaurant served an absolutely perfect steak. And the dessert, a hot brownie with ice cream, was something to die for. Breakfast was also good. The hosts and employees are all extremely friendly. So we, as guests, felt at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place near Phrae."

"This hotel is centrally located in Phrae, conveniently close to various tourist attractions. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is extremely poor. I could distinctly hear the elevator, people walking by, and conversations happening in the hallway. The rooms are standard, a bit on the small side, and the bed was quite firm. What truly shocked me upon entering was finding stagnant water in the sink. The soap and shampoo bottles had visible residue on them, making me reluctant to use them; I actually had to scrub them clean with my toothbrush. In the morning (around 7:15 AM), my key card stopped working, failing to activate the room's electricity. I then had to wait until 8:00 AM for a technician to begin work. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their helpful and well-intentioned service."

"I booked two rooms for one night on December 28th, costing 1400 baht, and received a confirmation from Trip.com. My card was charged. For extra security, I called the property (the owner's mobile) to reconfirm. The hotel staff said there were no issues and they would recheck with Trip.com and call me back to confirm, which they did. When we arrived at 8 PM, it turned out only one room was available. The other room wasn't. The Burmese staff member called the owner (who was in Bangkok) via LINE. I also called the owner's number. After five calls, the owner finally answered and said they didn't know what to do. They asked for the reference number and contact details, which I showed them via a screenshot. Ultimately, the staff member's wife told us to use a bedroom in the conference room. This was because, according to the owner, they thought guests wouldn't arrive at 8 PM during high season, so they sold the room at the front desk. I hope Trip.com finds a way to compensate us, or at least addresses this issue."
