"A very good hotel. Excellent varied breakfasts. Near the hotel there is a shop and a bus stop to Budva for 3.50 euros (30 minutes). The beach is 1 minute by buggy. 5 minutes on foot. The beach at the end of the lagoon has perfect feng shui; it's quiet, calm, and has relaxing music. The beach staff is very nice. There are boats in the middle of the beach, but there aren't any here. The water in the outdoor pool is cold, but there is an indoor pool with open windows - its water is warm. There is also a bathhouse/sauna/hammam open from 4:00 PM. We walked the entire beach and it felt like this is one of the best hotels on the coast."

"As last review not the best experience. On the plus side hotel is very clean & tidy, reception staff delightful and very helpful. Location good but there is no mention anywhere that the tour bus stops some way from the hotel and guests have to walk their cases to the hotel on pretty uneven roads. Also all trips leave from the same area. The worst aspect of the hotel is the food. Breakfast is passable, coffee awful and from a machine. Food choice very limited and bland. Evening meals were bland, boring and repetitive, cheap food cooked badly. Only 2 choices of each course, always soup, pasta or risotto and fruit salad or ice cream. Often food from evening meal served again at breakfast! Totally unacceptable. Don’t book half board, lovely restaurants in resort centre. Would not return to this hotel."

"Terrible. Do not listen to reviews. Website indicates its an apartment in a hotel. This is not a hotel. On arrival we were told it hasn't been a hotel for many years but we showed the website and they said its not updated and shrugged. There is masking tape on the door to cover the hotel sign and the whole vibe downstairs seems rundown. The apartment suite had a broken plug socket. Unclean shelves in the bathroom. 1 broken shelf in bathroom. Dust on bed frame. Sofa bed with marks, scuffs, dirt and cigarette burn. The blinds were broken at the patio door. Dingy light. The whole trip felt like a nightmare."

"There were ants running around the room and the bed. Everything was dirty. The bathroom was moldy. The staff was unfriendly, as if they were doing us a favor by letting us into the hotel. There was no breakfast at all: an omelet, sausages, a couple of pieces of cheese and salami. If you don’t come at the beginning of dinner, you probably won’t get anything. There was a spider on the wall. The room was dirty and old, as if no one had ever cleaned it. There were lumps of dirt in the corners. The bed linen was changed every 3-4 days. Everyone was talking about the great location. It’s about a 35-minute walk to a good beach. We ran away to another hotel after a few days of staying here. They didn’t even refund us for the days we didn’t stay here. Disgusting. Don’t come here!"

"Totally amazing . This is a boutique hotel without being pretentious. Ideally located just 5 minutes from beach. Lovely clean pool. Could always get a chair around pool. Rooms immaculate. Clean sheets every other day and clean towels and toiletries everyday. Always cleaned everywhere everyday. Rooms cleaned while having breakfast. Breakfast amazing choice. Hot fresh eggs and meat. Cooked to order. We were half board. Choice of 3 pre ordered options. Lovely food. Would have ordered this food in a restaurant. Gorgeous. Staff were amazing. They made my 60th birthday the best ever. So attentive. I would not hesitate if I went there alone to feel safe and relaxed if single. Every thing I could ever wish for in a hotel"

"This complex is terrible. We've lived here for quite a while (14 years) and bought an apartment. And I'd like to point out that it's getting worse every year... First, let's start with the parking. We bought a parking space, so it's our private parking. This "manager" lets tenants into the parking lot even though he knows there are no spaces. People start parking in our private parking or simply blocking their cars. Now about the housing. The apartments have two keys (one for the owners and one for the manager). And things disappear on a regular basis, stolen without permission. Every year, when we return home, we don't know what's missing. Our TV, hair dryer, slippers, and even a pressure washer (and that's just a small part of what was taken). It's also worth noting that the manager uses other people's apartments as room service. They broke our dishwasher and our range hood. The list of problems is endless, from a broken elevator to stolen items. It's also worth noting that the manager is never at work, except for a couple of days during the peak season. There are always new people, and the manager even employs minors to supervise the complex. Think twice before moving in!"

"Lovely small hotel in a quiet area, only 5 to 10 minutes walk from the main beach, shops and restaurants. Everything was very modern and exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Tyana, who is a fantastic host. Lovely girl. The pool area doesn't get too busy; we could usually get a sunbed, and there is plenty of shade. Food and drinks were good. Fresh breakfast every day. "

"At first glance, a nice hotel, close to the center. However, at second glance, it's a bit worn. The carpets in the hallways and stairwell are noticeably dirty. The room and bathroom are generally fine, but there are a few dirty spots, especially in the bathroom. The balcony faces a concrete wall (about 1-1.5 meters from the balcony door) with no real natural light, and the breakfast is okay but nothing special. The breakfast provided for an early departure was very mediocre, with considerable room for improvement."

"Just a perfect, small hotel in a quiet location. We booked B&B through TUI which included a taxi transfer from the airport. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived but these were resolved instantly. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the decor very pleasant. We really liked Petrovac, a good base. It is a small town with a picturesque prom, a few minutes stroll from the hotel. There are many good quality restaurants along here at a reasonable price. The hotel serves a very good buffet breakfast and also an evening meal. We preferred to go for a stroll and eat outside as the weather was so good. There is a local bus service nearby which we used to get to Budva (worth a visit). Also some beautiful walks in either direction. We had a very enjoyable holiday at this hotel and resort, so would recommend."
