"The hotel has a great vibe, and the lobby is beautiful and smells lovely. However, there's some noise in the room due to ongoing renovations, plus the neighbors were a bit loud. But I was so tired I still managed to sleep. Overall, the price is really good value for money. As for the location, it's a bit tricky to find; you really need to pay attention to the signs. You have to spot Empire City, then turn into Paxtonz. The underground parking is very affordable, only a maximum of RM6 per day."

"We stayed in an apartment on the 15th floor, and the room's cleanliness was very poor. There was a drain smell in the toilet, and the floor wasn't cleaned properly. The refrigerator and some lights in the kitchen were broken. Our friends staying in the adjacent room had the same issues. The hotel was fully booked, so there were no other rooms available for us to switch to. The location is next to Sunway Pyramid Mall, which is large but lacks character. It takes 40 minutes by Grab to get to KLCC in Kuala Lumpur. Hotel guests can use the resort's swimming pool and gym, where the environment is much better. The breakfast buffet also had to be taken at the resort; the taste was acceptable but not worth the price."
