"100% honest review. Been here 4 years ago and hotel have made a lot of adjustments and refurb. Decor and cleanliness is wonderful. This is tips for people who wish to come here. * if you want a late check out? Forget it. Travelling with a child with disabilities and they didn't make an exception. (The hotel is not full) * They have a custom room for showering on departure however no towels you have to provide your own or hire them from reception. * 1 plug available in reception for charging your phone. This is not good enough considering the amount of guets in the hotel. * restaurant and pool area nowhere near big enough for the amount of guests staying at the hotel, there are enough sun loungers though. *people paying extra for swim up bungalows can only use their pool up until 630 pm if you want to swim at night, you cant. So dont see the point of paying 800 pound extra for this. Some of reception staff are rude when asking question if their answer is no then they dont provide you with advice for an alternative. I love Cyprus but wont be returning here although the hotel has pros there are too much cons"

"The location is also very convenient. There are many interesting places to visit nearby, such as Elias Church, Nissi Neach, the Sculpture Park, and Love Bridge. The bus service is also very good, makig it easy to explore the area. Atmosphere: the staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always welcoming guests with a smile, creating a truly warm and family-like atmosphere.We especially appreciated that erevyone took the time to ask how we were and how we were enjoing our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and well maintained. The food and desserts were excellent, and we anjoyed every meal. Excellent service. The hotel is undergoing a major investment and new areas are being added. The large swimming pool and the private beach bay provide of space, so the guests are nicely distributed and the hotel does not feel crowded. Every evening there is a mini disco followed by live music and entertainment shows for adults, creating a pleasant atmosphere."

"We have stayed at this hotel since 2004, seen some changes, but absolutely love it. Location fantastic. Atmosphere brilliant, staff cannot do enough for your stay. From management to reception. PR Con was very enthusiastic asking if we were pleased with everything,asking about us. Were do I start with Andrei and the animation team absolutely brilliant from day activities to entertainment on night. And last but not least the waiters and bar staff especially Krisilos and Sajan pure gold., nothing to much trouble always filling your glass. We have been twice this year maybe make it a third. If not we will definitely be back next year. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED "

"We went on the 31st May for 7 nights and the hotel was amazing, it was immaculate and the room were okay sizes we have an interconnecting door and one room had a sofa bed added in which made it a bit smaller but was manageable the side bed was okay. The towels are only changed every 3 days which we had never experienced so we just had to dry them on the balcony. The food was 5 star switched up with lots of variety. I always managed to fill my plate with plenty of delicious meats. My only downside was that fresh fruit like melon wasn’t offered all the time which I love. The pools were lovely they were both the same depth of 150cm which was perfect for us they were cold but lovely and refreshing in the heat. Plenty of parasols with one every 2 sunbeds which was really good as always had to fight for them in the past. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and the first hotel I have been to were they served you around the pool and meal times but they didn’t always understand what your ment as we enjoy a Bianca and lemonade. The location was good it took us a few days to find the strip but just walk down the beach and walk right along the beach and your will get to fig tree bay (lovely but busy beach) and there are plenty of shops. My only negative about the hotel was the entertainment the circus comedy was really good and the international dancing but we never had bingo which was advertised and the aqua aerobics wasn’t very good as she was doing exercises that weren’t possible to do in the water. They were only a team of three until the last day we were there and there was 7 of them and a large amount of people came so it might of just been because the hotel wasn’t as busy. The main entertainment guy was a bit creepy and rude he wasn’t very good at his job and sat at the back drinking beer a lot of them time. The mini disco was bad as the dancer was just making it up as she goes so the children didn’t really know what to do. Overall amazing holiday would definitely come back but the just need to improve their entertainment team."

"Jeg tjekkede anmeldelserne, før vi bookede. Jeg var lidt bekymret, men book bare, maden var fantastisk, masser af valgmuligheder. Værelserne er lidt gammeldags, men alt, hvad man skal gøre, er at sove i dem. Sengene er komfortable, håndklæderne skiftes dagligt, airconditionen er perfekt. Ingen kamp om liggestole, altid nogle ledige. Vi har kun været her i to dage, og jeg kan ikke finde noget forkert. Lyt ikke til det negative. De mennesker må bo i et palads, det må have været Andrew 😁😁"

"We stayed for a week here in April. The hotel had just opened and everything was freshly painted. The gardens are beautifully kept and the staff are very attentive. We had a studio it was lovely and clean and spacious and we had a great big balcony. The cleaners came in every other day and changed the bedding and towels. Helena and her family who own the hotel are lovely and nothing is too much trouble . We are in the hotel and the food was very good quality plentiful and reasonably priced. We love the area of Pernera as it’s quieter than protaras and we like to walk a lot. We will definitely return."

"Room was clean and modern. The room was cleaned every day, everything was fine. We had some sweets and fruits in our room & bottles of water on arrival, it was nice. Also, you can refill these bottles on your floor, really convenient. The beach was big, so there was enough space. What was also really good - enough space by the swimming pool. Even when we came at 10:30 we could find empty sunbeds. Green, nice territory. Animation - each evening we had minidisco for children and different show for adults (children also can stay), also in another part of hotel in one evening there was a musician who played the piano, in another evening a musician played the saxophone. So everyone can find something to their liking. Also there was daytime animation, thanks to Katya, Diana, Liza. We joined to them on aquagym, darts and other activities. All staff was very polite and helpful. Also, what was really good for us - in 2 minutes from hotel there was a bus stop. Buses run often, every 10-15 minutes. They are big and comfortable. I reccomend visiting Sculpture park (+Cactus park), it`s free and really cool, the waterfall show, Aquarium. I think the hotel rooms have good soundproofing because we didn't hear any neighbors. We had inland view room and we were not bothered by any noise from the street. Food..I think 7/10. Sometimes it was really tasty, sometimes meat was a bit tough, but in general it was ok. What wasn't very convenient - the children's slide was open only 10:00-12:00 and from 15:00-17:00. It would be great if it was open for longer, but it's no big deal. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday."

"Lovely hotel with a lot of plus points but some minus they definitely need to work on. Firstly the plus. Clean and new hotel, rooms are adequate and lifts either end of hotel and in middle so never waiting too long, maids are great, very professional and the electronic clean my room or do not disturb buttons are brilliant, we were half board only made breakfast once as like a lie in lol, breakfast was ok, evening meals were standard, draught lager was awful but i do find that in most bars in Cyprus. Pool area awesome never struggled for a sunbed and these are deluxe sunbeds, so comfy, great location with station bar opposite which we spent most nights in, pernera 15 min walk (house of lithos best live music) or protaras 20 min walk which we didn’t bother with much. Staff here are lovely no issues. Ok minus points. Only 2 The animation team (2 young girls) and entertainment i get the animation team are young and probably first time doing this job but its not for them. No get up and go whatsoever, hotel states activities during day but they do not happen, one girl only ever appears in the day, puts stuff out ie goal net, swimming noodles, ball then disappears, doesn’t interact with anyone so no one knows whats happening, then 20 mins later collects equipment in? Then on the evening, quiz/karaoke, music is quiet and only one mic so hardly anyone bothers! Only saw one singer on one night for 20 mins she was ok but then again no introduction she just started singing lol. This needs addressing as it would be difference to me coming back or not"

"Jeg rangerede 4 ud af 5 fordi der var en ting, der ville have gjort det perfekt, som let kunne rettes.Jeg elsker personalet på dette hotel, og de prøver meget hårdt at bo hvor de kan. Som i de foregående år opholdt vi os i et rum med en stor balkon på toppen af gulvet, der står over for poolen.Ingen klager over personalet overhovedet eller solbad tilgængelighed, alt var fremragende.Min eneste feedback er et par ting at gøre med morgenmad. Først elsker jeg yoghurt på ferie med frugt, men jeg kunne ikke være bekymret for at skære æbler, ferskner, plumper eller pomegranater, så jeg havde ingen denne ferie. Den anden er, at varmelampen ikke holdt mad varm nok, og med kolde plader var min morgenmad koldt, da jeg spiste den.Det betød, at vi spiste ud flere gange til morgenmad.Den faktiske mad leveres godt, men en kold morgenmad er ikke nice. Jeg bliver igen næste år i håb om, at hotellederen kan læse dette, og jeg behøver ikke gå et andet sted til morgenmad.Alt i alt er stort værdi for penge, stor beliggenhed og supermarkedet vedlagt hotellet er en bonus.Tak, Livas"
