The location is perfect for exploring Lake District, with most spots within easy reach. The rooms were immaculately clean and tidy, making it an ideal stay for families like ours (we had a 7-month-old little one with us!). Suruchi's support with our baby was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Lane Farm for a comfortable and memorable stay. Can't wait to come back!"

"Top notch B&B - stayed there in June 2023 as part of a group cycling the C2C route. I recall that we had 3 twin rooms and 2 singles. All very comfortable and quite spacious. My twin was good and the en-suite shower was particularly appreciated after a hard day's cycling from Workington. Great breakfast in a very elegant front room with high ceilings and a very large bay window. Also the Glendale has a secure bike shed at the back, which took all 8 of our bikes. Good location for food and drink in the centre of Penrith - 5 minutes walk away. I don't normally eat pizza, but I must say that Villa Bianca makes some of the best one's in the area."
