"Good location and easy to get to by public transport from Palma airport (direct route A11 takes approximately 45 minutes) and also Palma centre. Hotel is small but quaint and clean. Breakfast has a good variety and very reasonably priced food at the bar and restaurant. There is a nice pool and also the beach is across the road with lots of cruises and water activities / restaurants. The staff above all were very warm and friendly."

"We have just returned from a stay here with our daughters as a post exam treat for our youngest! It was absolutely gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and the surroundings were quiet, picturesque and really peaceful. The location is excellent and the beaches are beautiful. Every single member of staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. You can tell everyone genuinely cares about creating an exceptional experience for their guests. The food was also outstanding—every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I was genuinely sad to leave, which says everything about how special this place is. Thank you to the entire team for such an unforgettable stay. I already can't wait to come back!"

"Very inviting, clean hotel with friendly staff near the beach, also in a great location for visiting restaurants and discos. The three of us booked the suite. The room was big enough, as was the bathroom. The highlight: you have the roof terrace with the sunbeds and the two whirlpools to yourself from 10 p.m. - cool. In the morning it would be nice if hotel guests didn't come up before regular opening hours or trample on the separate "balcony" because they don't know that it belongs to a room. ;-) The only downside: when it rains you get wet in the main building and have no place to hang up your bathing clothes... We had booked breakfast. I think it's plentiful - egg dishes, vegetables, meat, cheese, bread, muesli, yoghurt and fresh and pickled fruit. Coffee and hot chocolate are available from the vending machine. The pool is smaller than it looks in the hotel photo, but you don't really need it, as the beach with the fine sand is so close. I would book it again: it has charm!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Valentin Grand Park Hotel in Majorca. From the warm welcome on arrival to the friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay, the service was excellent. The adults-only area was a fantastic place to relax, and we really enjoyed the great fitness and entertainment programme. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with a premium selection of drinks that really exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to the manager, who was always approachable and helpful, making sure guests had everything they needed. A great hotel with a lovely atmosphere—we would definitely recommend it and hope to return!"

"From start to finish we had a brilliant stay. Sea view apartment 309 was spotless and housekeeping 5 days a week… sun on the balcony (which had 2 sun beds parasol and dining furniture) until about 5pm. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Staff were polite and helpful at all times. We had a couple of issues which were sorted immediately… thank you Poll was exceptionally clean and inviting. 100 % recommend starting at this hotel"

"We stayed at this hotel with our children and left with mixed feelings. A few positive points: the hotel is a manageable size, well located (close to the beach and shops), the pool is small but clean, and the reception and housekeeping staff are pleasant. However, several aspects significantly marred our stay: - The room was clearly too small for four people. - The bathroom had rusty fixtures, uncomfortable bedding, and ants. - The safe was unusable (no key provided). - The magnetic card for electricity kept demagnetizing. - The parking lot was too far from the hotel. - The noise was very disturbing at night due to the restaurant across the street (they were emptying bottles just 3 meters from our window). And above all, a major drawback: the water service at the restaurant. Water is charged at €3 per half-liter, and despite the 2022 Spanish law mandating free tap water upon request, we were clearly denied this right. Even worse: the waiters remove the glasses from the table if you don't buy a drink, to prevent you from refilling them with your water bottles. A drinking water machine is available in the morning at breakfast, but it's turned off for dinner, which is incomprehensible. The restaurant staff, especially Manolo, were particularly unpleasant and unaccommodating about this. 👉 This policy of forcing us to buy water simply put us off the idea of consuming anything else in the hotel. We preferred to spend our money elsewhere. And to end on a humorous note: at every meal, be prepared to hunt for teaspoons, because they're never at every station! You practically have to track them down like hidden treasure 😄 Finally, the meals are very basic, with a very limited selection, which becomes tiresome after a few days. In summary, a well-located hotel, but one that would benefit from respecting the law, improving its basic comfort, and above all offering a minimum of consideration to customers, instead of seeking to make a profit on something as essential as… water."

Den grusomme personale tog meget af sjov ud af hotellet.Nogle smilede knap nok til dig eller sagde morgen i hele vores ophold.Vi fik det indtryk, de ikke var overvældende af engelske gæster og passede bare for de tyske. Selv om vi bad om et glas rosenvin følte sig som en ubehagelig for dem, og svaret var "eh" Når vi tjekkede ind, følte vi som en ubehagelig fornemmelse fra starten, blev intet forklaret os om strandens håndklæder, morgenmadstidspunkter, Tjek tider, da vi blev spurgt, om vi kunne booke et bord i restauranten vi blev fortalt det fuldt for hele vores ophold som det er meget godt og populært, gik vi til baren for at booke et par dage senere, og dagbogen var tom! Vi følte, at det var vildledende, og igen blev gjort til at føle, at den engelske gæst var ikke velkommen Vi fandt ud af, at området i Majorca kaldes "lille Tyskland", da det er fuld af tyske mennesker overalt"

"Stayed for one week hotel is clean, food is good quite a varied selection. All inclusive bar area by pool is really not great to be honest people filling water bottles from machine which they were drinking from touching water tap unhygienic not good at all.Also crisps and cookies taken out of containers with hands, dangerous slippy floor with people coming into bar we saw a woman fall on wet floor luckily never hurt herself. The entertainment is none existent unless you play cards, no music no atmosphere in bar area. Bar staff were very busy and work hard cleaning staff also work hard not saying its a bad hotel but never stayed in a place with zero going on the atmosphere definitely needs sorting it was quite depressing."

"Lovely hotel. We had a really nice room with one of the big balcony with 2 sunbeds and a table and Chairs , all been done to a very high standard and very impressed . Loads of sunbeds available at the pool and very chilled , this is a very German town so if your English you have to look hard for a English menu but was lovely when we did , beach is literally across the road and nice and clean . There’s a very lively bar across the road open till late but don’t affect our sleep as we couldn’t hear it , very impressed overall and would stay again"

"We were so impressed with this hotel. We were greeted on arrival at reception with a glass of champagne, which was very welcoming after our long coach ride which dropped off everyone else along the west coast of Mallorca before us! The reception area is modern and professional, and all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our room was so clean and nicely decorated with a lovely balcony. We chose a partial sea view and it was all so perfect. The bathroom feels a bit basic with a shower curtain over the bath but is perfectly functionable. There is entertainment every evening and this does cater more for the large contingency of German guests that stay here. The buffet breakfast did seem a little bit limited and can’t comment on the evening menu as we chose to explore the local restaurants and bars. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the beach and there are lots of clothes stores etc to browse through on the way. Great hotel in really good location 👍"

"Jeg er i øjeblikket her i 2 nætter for at gøre nogle ride på øen klar til Chalange Peguera 2025.Nu er jeg en hotelsnob, jeg er virkelig, men alt, hvad jeg kunne booke, var dette hotel.Og jeg er glad for, at jeg gjorde det. Receptionspersonalet, især den unge dreng, er usædvanligt.Intet er for meget.Jeg kom og sagde, jeg havde en ridning, og han tog en interesse, ikke en falsk interesse, men en ægte interesse. I dag gjorde jeg 70k og da jeg vendte tilbage brugte jeg 15m på at komme tilbage til hotellet med denne kap og spurgte om turen.Der er en følelse af ægte pleje her.Nej, du vil ikke få 5-stjernede hotel her, men dette sted har 5-stjernede medarbejdere. Meget stille om natten, Aircon stor, bruser god seng god morgenmad god.Du ved, hvad, det var perfekt.Godt lavet Hostal NEPTUNO, du kan ikke være det mest glittige hotel i Peguera, men dit personale og gæstfrihed gør dig lige så godt.Bravo!"
