"It wasn’t our first stay there, overall we enjoyed our stay, the only thing we didn’t like is that the housekeeping knocked at the door every day before 9 am even though we had a no disturb sign on our door. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay, even if outdated, and the price recently is not so matching the quality as before."

"Very inviting, clean hotel with friendly staff near the beach, also in a great location for visiting restaurants and discos. The three of us booked the suite. The room was big enough, as was the bathroom. The highlight: you have the roof terrace with the sunbeds and the two whirlpools to yourself from 10 p.m. - cool. In the morning it would be nice if hotel guests didn't come up before regular opening hours or trample on the separate "balcony" because they don't know that it belongs to a room. ;-) The only downside: when it rains you get wet in the main building and have no place to hang up your bathing clothes... We had booked breakfast. I think it's plentiful - egg dishes, vegetables, meat, cheese, bread, muesli, yoghurt and fresh and pickled fruit. Coffee and hot chocolate are available from the vending machine. The pool is smaller than it looks in the hotel photo, but you don't really need it, as the beach with the fine sand is so close. I would book it again: it has charm!"

Vores ophold var fantastisk fra start til slut, fremhævet overalt den utrolige venlighed af dine ejere. De får dig til at føle dig hjemme fra det første øjeblik, at passe på hver detalje med en menneskelig varme, der ikke længere er let at finde. Hotellet er super komfortabelt og har en strategisk placering: det er tæt på alt. Du har en strand et skridt og en bred vifte af restauranter og butikker i området, hvilket gør alt meget komfortabelt. Endvidere er et ekstra punkt at takke er, at du har en gratis parkering kun 5 minutters gang, noget reddet på øen. Værelserne er meget komfortable og har en fantastisk terrasse, ideel til at slappe af i slutningen af dagen. Særlig bemærkning fortjener morgenmad: rigelig, varieret og fyldt med friske produkter af høj kvalitet. Det er helt klart, at alt er lavet med stor kærlighed af ejerne selv. Det er helt sikkert et sjælsrige hotel, som vi ønsker at vende tilbage til. ¡Helt anbefalet!"

"Et smukt sted.Bussen fra Palma forlader nær.Svømmepoolen var stor, det eneste problem jeg havde var, at de ikke havde vandfyldningsstationer, så de lader dig købe vand, som jeg ikke kunne lide. Mad var super- store buffeter, og de sorterede en sandwich for mig, da jeg forlod tidligt."

"When choosing a holiday online we look at various companies, location, price and facilities available, we enjoy the process and trust in the information provided on the companies website, this is an enjoyable process as choosing a holiday is an exciting event. As consumers we do not expect to trawl through small print and then be left wondering exactly which facilities will be available, which according to EasyJet is what we should expect. We read the online information and take it at face value that the facilities advertised are available, and are the facilities we will experience and then we pay the amount of money EasyJet are asking for to provide us with the holiday they are advertising for sale. We think it is unfair, misleading and downright arrogant of EasyJet to basically say, tough you booked in early season, you should have expected to be disappointed. When we arrived at the hotel we found out that both pools were closed, Your website states “Make use of the two swimming pools” there is a sign at the hotel stating the pools are due to open 12th of May. None of the hotels bars, restaurant etc were open, all were in darkness, the restaurant was being used as a builders store, again your website states “ For breakfast, head to Restaurante Sa Puntassa for a buffet featuring everything from freshly baked bread and pastries to savoury dishes and local Balearic treats, to be enjoyed either in the restaurant or on the terrace. For lunch and dinner, the poolside Metla and Sasini Restaurants offer a unique culinary experience, blending the rich flavours of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine”, I did expect a bar or similar to be available The hotel is undergoing some improvements, building noise was continuous, there is also a construction of a large hotel opposite, the noise started from roughly 8.30am till 8.30pm, which was not pleasant, or relaxing, thankfully a short walk took us to the beach and the beach side restaurants etc, giving us escape from the noise, although there was a cost in hiring the loungers on the beach. The building work should have been disclosed on your website. The rooms are okay, there clean and functional, however the walls are so thin you can hear everything, not a pleasant experience. While we may expect some things not to be available in low season, they tend to be around entrainment and clubs, not the hotel being effectively closed. We booked a holiday not a room."
