"Chinese people should not stay here. The hostess has a very bad attitude and the stay experience is poor. 1. The room is poorly soundproofed. You can hear the TV next door and the noise from the corridor. 2. The sound of water backflow in the toilet affects sleep all night 3. You need to pay to use the room safe, 3 euros a day, speechless 4. The sheets were dirty and the quilt was a tablecloth-like cloth, thin and hard. I didn't sleep comfortably at any night! ! ! This is the most unacceptable! ! 5. The air conditioner blows air intermittently. It is loud for 10 seconds when it blows air. After it stops, the whole room becomes stuffy. 6. The room smells stuffy 7. I wanted my boss to help me book a taxi to the airport, but his attitude was terrible. 8. The shower room is so small that it hits your hands when washing your hair. There is no place to put things. 9. The balcony door lock is also a key lock, which is difficult to lock and very troublesome."

The hotel itself has 3 restaurants, mainly Mediterranean flavors, breakfast and dinner can be indoors or directly facing the sea view, the restaurant is connected to the infinity pool, the pink umbrella here is a visual unique point, suitable for staying in the hotel for more time to lie flat."

"The rooftop offered two jacuzzis, sun loungers, and a beautiful view. The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. The downsides: the beds were saggy, and the room wasn't fully finished (half-plastered). We were also next to a very noisy restaurant. You had to pay for bikes, and the drinks were very expensive. So, make your choice accordingly."

"Basic apartments, value for money.One of the downsides were the rock hard beds! You get what you pay for considering it was a cheap & cheeful hols.Expect tiny ants if you leave food out! Rooms were cleaned daily, ok standard. Hotel has 2 blocks both with pools but was a bit cold...kids went in anyway. 2 mins walk to the beach. The apartments are located on the main street in Paguera so very convenient if u choose to go self-catering.Lots of shops on your doorstep. We went half-board,the food was Ok, usual buffet style. The beach is only 2 mins away, which was a bonus! Menus, signs & notices in Spanish & German as Paguera is popular with German tourists. That didn't bother us at all...had a great laugh trying to communicate in broken spanish🤣.Staff also speak basic German,you hardly come across English speaking locals, which was great for us as we wanted a full local experience😍.Went on a 5hr boat trip to Dragon Island, €120(incl lunch & refreshments) 2 adults & 2 children. Best part of our hols!The Dock was only 10 mins away. Took day trips to Palma, Santa Ponsa & Magaluf, but stop right outside the apartments. Would stay there again if we found another bargain with teletext but not if paying full wack!😜"

"Excellent team at reception, restaurant, and room maintenance, which were spotless. Towels were changed daily. Themed dinner evenings included grilled food, tapas, pizza, etc. We glimpsed the Russian owner, but she never came to speak to us. The restaurant offered good value for money. A major drawback we were unaware of before our stay: a significant number of stairs and steps to reach the room. This was a major issue. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, only at the top of the building around the restaurant and pool. The breakfast was very Nordic, like many things here, but the focus is clearly on satisfying the dominant clientele, with few local products. The birds were feasting on the bread left out in the open! Not very hygienic. However, the overall impression was acceptable for a region where it's difficult to believe you're in "Catalonia of the Balearic Islands" or even in Spain at all."

"The location is close to the resort center. The atmosphere is relaxing, the room is acceptable, one minus is that it does not have a mini fridge. The price is in line with the quality of the services. The cleaning is done very well. There is not much noise because not many young people come. The services leave a little to be desired because you feel in Germany not in Spain. I am referring here to the staff who serve at the table and this can be improved in my opinion. For something new it is something to try but only once."

"In need of refit, dated and poor use of space. Staff seem over worked and burnt out. Our room was awful, actually think we were allocated a room no longer in use. Food in buffet was poor. Typical 1970s style Spain holiday without the cheer. Entertainment team tried there best. Very overpriced and very expensive if not AI. Decent pool for kids. Larger pools dirty and far too much chlorine. Explained to hotel prior to our stay we arrived after health concerns and to celebrate my sons 07th Birthday. This was ignored. We left hotel after 4 nights and travelled to stay up in Palma. Underwhelmed and sad. Had hoped for so much more."

"When we checked in with our 7 year old, José told us that children could only use the swimming pools if they 'didn't make any noise'! This was hardly a warm welcome after a day of travelling. We asked for our money back but he refused us. If Apartmentos Ponent wants to muzzle children, they should go adult only. However they won't do thus because they want money from families but refuse to be family friendly. Also misleading information on website - no sea view unless on top 5th floor - don't stay here - No way José!"

"From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Anita at the check in the holiday had truly started. Anita has been helpful throughout our stay.. The staff are great with the animation team, Angie, Adrianne & Reka keen to get you involved in the activities if you wish to do so. i can recommend the pilates & yoga along with the pool activities. All three staff are so friendly. Joycelyn and Mesi were our two waitresses who looked after us very well and recommended some very nice wines. Both have lovely personalities We have enjoyed the evening entertainment with a massive shout to the Soul Diva whom we all loved. This finishes at 11pm The food in the main restaurant was excellent with a wide selection of meat fish & vegetable dishes changing nightly. The rooms are of a good standard and we paid for a sea view & balcony. They are two singles together rather than a double The town is great with three excellent sandy beaches and a fourth 45 minutes away ( not worth the walk imho) as very small & rocky. Also a good place to explore from. The only one negative was the food in the pool bar which we had a bad experience of - there was a problem with the kitchen and we would say the food. Toasted sandwiches were fried bread, the advacado & prawn on bread has six of the smallest frozen prawns you have seen in your life oh and 45 minutes to prepare 4 sandwiches - suffice to say we did not go there again. It needs fixing."

"Et charmerende hotel kun et par minutters gang fra både stranden og den vigtigste shoppinggade i Peguera.Det har den afslappet, lidt eklektiske følelse, der gør det nemt at bo i.Vi tilbragte de fleste aftener i hotellets smukke haverestaurant. Maden var fremragende, og servicen var lige så god.Personalet i hele hotellet var venligt og nyttigt – også på morgenmad, hvor alt gik glat, selv med vores blanding af tysk, engelsk, spansk, italiensk og en røring af fransk. Da vi bad om at skifte værelser efter den første nat, blev det håndteret straks og uden nogen smuthul. Værelserne er søde, med en touch af retro stil, selv om væggene ikke er tykste.Hvis dine naboer nyder en tidlig morgen chat, kan du måske høre det. Varme synes ikke at være tilgængelig, i begyndelsen af november var rummet køligt om aftenen.Alligevel er det et behageligt sted at bo, og poolområdet tilføjer pænt til den samlede atmosfære. Vin og øl var af god kvalitet og ret dyrt – enkel, ærlig og præcis, hvad du vil efter en dag ud eller en tung workshopdag (hvilket er grunden til, at vi var der). Parkering bag hotellet var nem med lejebilen, og busstoppestedet til Palma er kun ca. fem minutter væk, med rejsen tager ca. 40 minutter.Et sidste punkt er værd at nævne: Hotellet er fuld af interessante billeder og kunstværker. Jeg ville ønske, jeg havde mere tid til at vandre rundt og nyde det ordentligt.Domme: En varm, karakteristisk base i Peguera med fremragende mad, venlig service og en afslappet atmosfære.Jeg ville være glad for at blive igen."

"Could not have been happier staying here on a recent tennis trip. Juan and Michael helped us with everything including booking restaurants. Nothing was any trouble. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and kept immaculately each day. The location is fabulous just near the beach, on the way to Cala Fornells for a great swim, near really good bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the tennis academy. Breakfast is so generous and made to order with unlimited coffees and lovely service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This hotel is rated 4 star but definitely more 3 star at best. I'll try to be fair and list the positive aspects: * near the beach * supermarket next door * good sun loungers * fridge * comfy bed * clean * adequate facilities Negatives: * website states fully refurbished - parts are, parts are clearly very dated like old carpets/sofas in the hallway, very old decor like statues, ornaments and paintings everywhere. Free standing furniture in the rooms, old tiles, no internet tv and no english speaking channels. * pool area is small and 50% of people smoking by the pool. There were no signs forbidding this and the waiters served those smoking so it seemed accepted. I've never known this in this day and age. Non-smokers shouldn't book here. *watched as a waiter told a uk child he couldn't eat his snack on his lounger and must take it to his room. They had clearly just arrived and no food available between 1500-1845 in the hotel. However, I watched german guests being served by the same staff as they drank cans of beer, ate their own snacks and smoked on the loungers... *hotel information/rules in rooms all in german, no alternatives. Excludes everyone else. *bar doesn't except card, cash or room tab only *tourist tax must be paid in cash *€5 per pool towel + €10 deposit *pool closes at 1800 as the tables are used for dinner service *no children's menu/smaller portions for lunch but mostly families I booked this hotel after reading it was predominantly german guests as it doesn't matter to me where people are from and you expect that going abroad. However the hotel info not given in english, no english tv channels and different rules for guests based on nationality is what upsets me. I wouldn't book this hotel again for these reasons."
