This cabin is the perfect spot to unwind with great country views. The front porch faces a pasture that may have horses and the neighboring property may also have animals in their pasture. It is located on the southwest corner of a quiet RV park that is minutes from OSU and all things Stillwater!
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a pack-n-play in the closet.
The loft has a low ceiling with two queen mattresses on the floor. Climbing a ladder and not being able to fully stand up in the loft adds to its uniqueness!
In one corner of the loft is a book nook with two bean bags, making a great spot to read your favorite book.
In the front room is a fully stocked kitchen on one side and a loveseat and small dining table on the other. The bean bags in the loft may be brought down for more seating.

A couple of important notes...this is a 20 acre property shared with another house. The barn apartment is 850SF and has an adjoining shop that is not included in the rental and may be accessed by the property owner at times. There are a few trails in nearby woods for exploring or meditating but be careful not to cross fences or lose your direction! Lastly, there are penned chickens and a crowing rooster on this property. They are fun to watch but please don't leave bad reviews because the rooster crows...He's just letting you know its morning ; )About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No outdoor fires except for grilling on the blackstone..No parties allowed on site beyond those listed on the rental agreement. In Southwest Stillwater, you're about a 7 minute drive to the strip and 9 minutes to the stadium. You'll have exclusive access to this 3 BR / 2 Ba home. It's a pretty basic and older home that has been completely re-done with new floors, windows, paint, baths, and most appliances and decor.
We'll be working on finishing up the exterior, lawn, and laundry facilities.
The space
This house is in southwest Stillwater and can drive almost anywhere on OSU or in Stillwater in less than 12 minutes.
The house has three bedrooms, two baths, a living room and a family room, and a full kitchen with a breakfast nook all on one floor
The house can sleep up to eight with two in each double bed, two in the queen bed, and one on each couch. With only two bathrooms, you'd need to be a pretty close family for that many to share.
The fireplace is only decorative and cannot be used.
There's also cable HD television and unlimited WiFi Internet service
Guest access
There is off-street paved parking for four average-sized cars in the driveway and street parking for others.
The garage is not accessible to guests.

The space
The newly renovated house is in great condition with new appliances and furniture. The three bedroom, two bathroom house has a large backyard with a grill, outdoor furniture and mature trees. This house is perfect for an OSU sporting event, graduation, business travel or just a few nights away with friends. We have tried to maximize the space by providing two queen beds, a bunk bed, a twin bed with trundle, and a sofa sleeper. Allowing for 10 people to sleep comfortably in the house.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house. Including wifi, washer and dryer, full kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, towels and linens, gas grill and TV with Directv Now and Netflix.
Interaction with guests
Other things to Note- The home is equipped with a Vivint Security System making entry into the home a breeze. A code will be provided to you the day you arrive.
