"Best hotel in Pattani with a very reasonable price. The rooms are all on 3rd floor including check in counter and there is a lift available. Hotel personnel were very courteous and helpfull. They help us with our luggages during arrival and check out; even brought ours to the car that we parked across the road. The ala carte breakfast provided by the hotel were also good. There are a lot of eateries nearby including Pattani Night Market which is around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a round bathtub in the Family room and kids like it very much."

"The lobby you will enter is gorgeous particularly if you are arriving in the evening. The reception is very warmly welcoming. The room facility is a bit aging but the response to request for maintenance is fast. Great shower water pressure and temperature. Fast internet. The restaurant serves great food. I was satisfied with my stay and price. I will definitely come back to this hotel."

"Great location and spacious room, but the amenities were disappointing. Everything was fine until the second day when there was a blackout, and after that the water pressure became extremely low. Showering and even using the toilet was very inconvenient due to the weak water flow. I informed the staff, but they were not helpful and said they could not do anything about it. Stayed for 3 nights and the issue was never fixed. Overall, the poor water pressure really affected the stay."
