"A beautiful hotel, set in expansive grounds. We stayed in the executive room, a ballroom with a matching bathroom. Everything is meticulously cared for. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The entire property is decorated in a colonial style. The restaurant is a bit further from the room, so it's quite a hike over uneven terrain to get there. This is a drawback, especially if you have limited mobility. A shuttle service could be a solution. The gardens are beautiful and well worth a visit. We had a wonderful time!"

"This hotel is not a 5 star. For it’s lack of facilities and service, it should be a 3 star hotel. Staffs were trying their best tto be friendly but were terribly trained. The sunset alfresco dinner and campervan picnic were dissapointing because the food was terrible especially for the price charges. The prices charged for the room is equivalent to some 5 stars hotel in Bali but the experience and the service fall way short. They also cannot provide basic things such as playing cards. On our last night they also forgot to do turn down service for our room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my friends and families"

"The hotel service was excellent! They helped with luggage, offered welcome ginger tea and snacks, which you could enjoy in the restaurant or your room. The breakfast was also great! It was à la carte, probably because it's the rainy season and off-peak, so there weren't many guests, but ordering from a menu is actually better than a buffet! If you're going to Bromo, I highly recommend this place; its convenient location is a major plus. The hotel's environment is quite distinctive, and considering it's a mountain area, you can't be too picky about hygiene and facilities – it certainly can't compare to a five-star hotel. However, if you're visiting Bromo, this hotel is definitely the best choice!"

"First off: the hotel has just opened and parts are still under construction, so there's room for improvement here and there, but the staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful. The location is beautiful, nestled in greenery and very well laid out. The highlight, Bromo National Park, is only about a 15-minute drive away. We felt like we were the only guests, but we were able to use everything, from the heated indoor pool to table tennis, billiards, and foosball. The food is delicious and varied. Since we were practically the only guests, there was understandably no breakfast buffet, but it would have been helpful to inform us about this beforehand. Then we and the staff could have prepared accordingly, and there would have been less confusion."
