"Stor beliggenhed lige ud af A1. Personalet var så venligt og gjorde en sådan indsats med os. De gratis cykler var en velsignelse til at cykle ind i Parma i regnen, rådede modtageren til at parkere på Piazza Garibaldi. Værelset var rent og rummeligt med alle de nødvendige faciliteter. Poolen var ren med tilstrækkelige stole og et område til mad:drikke. For langt til centrum, men let nok til at køre eller cykle."

"Questioning the four stars. Have contacted the industry association to ask how they can be classified so high. No seating in the room. So many staff, but little service and guest space. Slightly dusty in public areas and dried plants. Chose the hotel for the nice pictures. Thought there was more guest space to sit in. The "lounge", which is actually the lobby, is occupied by a dry desk, where one of the staff sits at. This means that guests can sit on a small sofa next to working staff. You never know. it is the person at the desk or at the reception who will help you. They charge EUR 16 PER DAY for animals. But no welcome gift or anything. Breakfast must be pre-ordered. If you don't ask, you get the same things all the time. Two of the staff who would rather talk to each other. Forget to give you things. Not allowed to wash clothes in the bathroom, as it can ruin the floor?! Marble floors have always been able to handle wet! Refers to the laundry room cleaner. Feels more like they want to be snobbish than they can live up to. Rock hard bed and pillows. If you try to ask for information, you get strange answers that have nothing to do with the matter. In other words, there is a lack of the little extra everywhere in this place."

"I'm sorry. I wanted to book the location for a party. We heard at least three times last Sunday we went to see the location with the client. I called today and tells me that it is no longer available for the requested date. I was waiting for at least one call, given the real intention of stoping the place; I was not sure that she would stop it with me only for words, but at least warn me that she had already requests for that Sunday. I may have hurried my client, and my disagreement has been shown, and he has not even sought other solutions."

"En god løsning for en enkelt nat overnatning. Uforklarlige tidligere negative anmeldelser. En sikkert ældre, spartanske struktur. Prisen er billig, så mange krav skal reserveres. Vi ankom med tre timers forsinkelse på den forudsigede check-in af hotellets retning og værelset var allerede klar. Rensetøj. Badeværelse ok, sikkert dusøren er at ændre. Det er for lille. For resten er alt ok. Vi fik en kaffe til check-out og nogle slik. Men morgenmad er ikke inkluderet i prisen, så i stedet for at kritisere, ville det være bedre at være taknemmelig. Bedre at booke fra hotellets hjemmeside, end fra de mest berømte leverandører."
