"We loved the location and the proximity to the town and beach. The room faced the pool and was charming. However, we did not expect to find the dining and pool areas full of school children on a residential trip. I think this could have been pointed out to us in advance as it made lounging by the pool anything but relaxing."

"Very concentrated, 25 minutes walk from the historic center where the excursions are going and come back, and where you can dine. You need to plan the walks back (no Uber has ever come to lead us to the center ... simpler back) Very noisy in the morning from 7:15 with breakfast installation ...We were in 1 room near the pool where bathing is served ... Visa a vis guaranteed therefore required to be closed gardens in the room Breakfast has degraded with the visit: perfect on the first day thanks to the holiday in Brazil with a maximum rate of visit, The place is beautiful and very clean, but many constraints ... This may be the point of paying a little more to be in the center. Maybe 1 or 2 long chairs could also give a pleasure to test the pool?"

"Casa Mar Paraty is a gem of a hotel. We stayed for only 2 nights, though I wish we had had longer. It is about 10 minutes by taxi from the town, but it was never difficult to get a taxi. Overlooking the sea, and surrounded by jungle, it feels very private and tranquil. There is direct access to a cute beach with kayaks for guests. The staff are fantastic and always happy to assist with recommendations and bookings. The rooms are simple but very comfortable. Breakfast is super and there is a nice honesty bar (perhaps my only minor gripe was the lack of regional wines). I highly recommend this hotel and we're already looking forward to our next visit!"

"På weekenden 05/10 var jeg sammen med min familie til at fejre min fødselsdag. Gæsten, der ligger kun 12 minutter fra centrum, har fuldt ud taget hensyn til det, jeg søger: fred. Udsigten over hele gæsten, især over værelserne, oversteg alle mine forventninger; det var simpelthen fantastisk. Morgenen er forskellig, med et kort, hvor vi kan bede om, hvad vi ønsker. Jeg fandt ikke noget dårligt, alt var vidunderligt. Service var fremragende og landskabet på gæsten er utrolig, tilbyder en fantastisk omkostningseffektivitet. Jeg vil helt sikkert komme tilbage for at nyde solens opgang fra værelset."

"It was the most horrible experience I've ever had at a guesthouse, with no electricity, the circuit breaker turned off and the guest turning on the circuit breaker because there was no one responsible to fix it. IF YOU ARE DIABETIC, DO NOT STAY THERE BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR INSULIN. IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC, DO NOT STAY THERE BECAUSE IT IS VERY HEAT AND YOU OPEN THE ROOM DOOR TO COOL DOWN AND THE CAT IN THE HOTEL WILL SLEEP IN YOUR BED. IF YOU ARE ELDERLY, STAY AWAY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY ASSISTANCE. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, RUN AWAY BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY TO HEAT A BOTTLE. AND TO MAKE IT EVEN WORSE, THERE IS NO WAY TO HEAT A LITTLE WATER TO BATH THE CHILD. IT WAS TERRIBLE TO STAY AT THIS INN"
