"The staff was really helpful, nice, polite, and super friendly. When one of our air conditioners wasn't working properly, the staff and the technician fixed it right away on the spot… we didn't have to wait long. The location is really strategic; it is near the West, East (water sports area), and White Sand Beach. It’s located right in front of West Beach, where you can swim and enjoy the sunset. Another good thing: The breakfast had plenty of choices. The pool is great, has its own slide and play area for children. Extra: The hotel has a shower on their basement to wash after swimming at the beach, this is very convenient, practical, and super nice! Point to improve: kindly check all the equipment in the room (like the airco) before the guest checks in. The WIFI is so slow and the TV channels are bad, these two points could be better."
