"It's a beautiful resort with extremely courteous staff, perfect location, calm and green atmosphere, and superb (actually extremely comfortable) clean rooms. Everything was well placed and we enjoyed our 2 day trip to the best. The staff, the Manager, and the chef, Shri Dineshji, everyone was extremely hospitable and we would surely love to visit the place again. Some shortfalls: There are few things they need to improve upon: 1. No recreational activity available as shown on their web site, though they told they are in process of developing it. 2. The food choices are extremely limited and for a resort of this much cost, the choices should be vast. 3. Just for the rooms and without ANYTHING EXTRA, like cultural program, or gym, or kids area, or bon-fire, I am not sure if it is value for money. But of-course, the pure Rajasthani food which they served on demand was THE BEST LOCAL FOOD WE HAVE EVER TASTED."

"We received a call from the property manager Mr Jaswant on the day of our arrival enquiring about our time of arrival. When we reached the village in which the resort is located, we were informed by the villagers that the road to the resort is flooded, and we can’t go there in our Innova. But Mr Jaswant had already sent two of his staff to take us to the resort. We were informed that we have to take a boat to reach the resort. My wife got panicked as to where is this located for which we have to take a boat ride. But it was a nice short boat ride. The water was not more than four feet deep. We were welcomed by Mr Vikas Chauhan, General Manager himself and he took personal interest to make our stay memorable ( he does it for all the guests!!) Every time you have to go anywhere, they will take you in the boat. And we must say that we thoroughly enjoyed the boat ride. They made arrangement for our driver to stay in the village. But this boat ride experience is available only during monsoon season when they store water in Jawai reservoir. After November the water is released for irrigation and the road becomes operational, so you won’t be able to enjoy the boat ride. It’s like paradise - beautiful, calm, clean property with fresh air free of any pollution overlooking the Jawai Dam. You will hear only chirping of birds during the daytime and chirping sound of crickets during night. The view from our room was superb with granite rocks on one side and water in front beyond which are more granite rocks. You get to see superb sunset from the balcony. Choose Paradise View room which is on first floor. It justifies its name. The rooms are big and nice with a large balcony. The entire team of the property is super gentle, humble and caring. They take good care of the guests. They prepared local delicacies for us, and the food was super tasty. This being a small property one gets personalised service. On our request they provided us millet rotis also. We are just back from there and we have already started planning for our next visit. "

We were fortunate enough to witness a mother leopard and her two cubs, an awe-inspiring sight we will never forget. The adventure was perfectly rounded out with an exciting four-wheel drive through the rugged landscape, a beautiful connection to local culture, and a peaceful sunset lakeside tea with biscuits — a moment of pure serenity. Jawai offers a rare blend of excitement, natural beauty, and tranquility. It is peaceful, quiet, and deeply soulful. We left feeling grateful for the experience and the wonderful people who made it so special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking adventure, wildlife, culture, and peaceful luxury in one unforgettable place."
