"The hotel office started to receive guests at 3 pm. After waiting for nearly an hour, the hotel staff informed us that there were no rooms available and they needed to transfer us to a 3-star hotel next door: B&B palermo quattro conti. I got the list of triple rooms from the front desk of this three-star hotel, which cost 86 euros, lower than the hotel I was staying at. I kept in sync with Ctrip's customer service throughout the entire process, including the situation of the new room. The current solution offered by the platform is to refund the price difference, because it was an agent room and there was a communication barrier between the agent and the hotel."

"Excellent location for exploring Palermo's old town. We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are somewhat unusual, located on the first floor of a residential building after a ride in a medieval elevator. Our room was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. A small balcony facing the street offers space for smoking. It's a quiet side street. 300 meters from the nightlife. Highly recommended. Very good value for money."

"The hotel is located close to a beautiful beach and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, which offers easy access to both the airport and the centre of Palermo. Breakfast is simple but tasty, and both the rooms and common areas are clean. By Italian standards, it’s a very decent hotel at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone looking for a quiet, intimate place, as the area can be quite noisy."
