"The hotel is old but completely renovated. The location is perfect, and the value for money is very good. The pool is very inviting. However, it has two drawbacks: one is the parking area, which is impossible and also a bit unsafe due to theft. But the worst thing of all is a karaoke bar in a run-down shopping center across the street that blasts music all night long. Perhaps it's to attract customers, since there's hardly anyone there, but it's impossible to sleep at night."

"Pretty much similar to other reviews really. The hotel is in a beautiful spot, with immaculate gardens, access to a lovely little beach and a great pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Very clean everywhere. Rooms are lovely and sea view rooms are great, as long as you aren't crammed into a corner room with a chain smoker on the balcony adjoining yours. We couldn't open our patio doors, as the stink of smoke filled our room each time we did. We had to practically lean over the balcony to get a sea view too. We asked to change rooms on the first day, but the chaps behind reception weren't interested. Asked again the following day and a lovely lady sorted it for us. There are fridges, but you could do with a kettle in the rooms really, but you could take drinks upstairs with you. The staff in bar and restaurant areas are hard working but the bar staff could do with some help, as only one was not enough during busy times. There were some big queues at times. Food in the buffet restaurant was plentiful and although not the best we've ever had, you could always find something to eat. All of the staff we had dealings with were friendly and really hard working. They all spoke multiple languages. Seating areas were very bare and not particularly comfy. We felt like we were sitting in a train station. Could do with some comfortable chairs and a more relaxing environment for playing cards or just sitting with a drink. The floors of the hotel are upside down, 1 being the highest floor and 6 being the ground floor, so that confused us all for the first few days. The bus stop is a fairly long walk from the hotel, so we ended up getting a taxi out and about. Make sure you book a return trip when you get to your destination, as you may have problems getting a return due to lack of taxis. We waited nearly an hour for one in Morrow Jable. Did we enjoy our holiday yes, would we return to this hotel probably not."

"Glædelig med vores ophold i et overlegent værelse med havudsigt (& pool) og alt inklusivt.Blev hos min voksen datter i min fødselsdagsuge.Smukt rummeligt værelse & store komfortable tvillingseng presset sammen. Fremragende stor og ganske privat balkon med solsenge, bord & stole og gode udsigter.Nær en række butikker og en meget kort gåtur til sandstranden.Morro Jable landsby omkring 15 minutters gang nemt. Parkering tilgængelig på gaden tæt på (eller privat underjordisk parkering hvis du kvalificerer). Ankom sent, men der var cava på receptionen og en storslået 3-course måltid sparet for os (+ mere cava!).Alle personalet var velkommen, hårdtarbejdende og hjælpsom. Pool var varmt & der syntes at være solsenge tilgængelige mest af tiden (ikke altid i solen på dette tidspunkt af året!).3 tennisbaner og bordtennis, men skør golf så forsømt.God bar og fremragende cocktails. En masse smagsfuld sort til morgenmad og middag (mærkning kunne imidlertid forbedres).Underholdning var variabel & typisk for De Kanariske Øer, men mest ikke for os! Søde »residente« katte ... & en hedgehog familie omkring det dækkede uden for rygningsområdet. Vi elsker Morro Jable 8211; freden i håb om at vende tilbage til dette hotel, da det tilbyder en usædvanlig værdi for penge."

"The complex is very good and are very friendly you lack a little maintenance in the room but the gardens are imperfect . Breakfast buffet was well all and although the hotel is huge you have no sense of massing or colls to pick up things."

"Fourth visit to the same hotel, second this year! Unfortunately the Hotel has recently been taken over ... Overall everything is the same, towels are half the size and the house keepers knock before rushing straight in!!! Problems came at the restaurant Not enough food!!! The food was Not nice and the bread disappeared every meal,check photos.. also total lack of spoons and salt! coffee machines broken down daily.. Teaspoons,dessert spoons -small and medium ! Finally on the fifth day of our holiday,TUI finally returned the hotel to normal service.we ate well, no scrag ends of meat and horrible stews, followed by frothy deserts of nasty cheap puddings. New spoons and salt... We did not see a single manager from any part of the hotel even once! TUI suggested we were eating to late,as the restaurant was closing .not impressed with TUI (Times on my photos say otherwise). Not going back"
