"A beautiful complex with a heated pool. If you have trouble with steps, this isn't the place for you. Unfortunately, the parking lot is too small. Excellent breakfast, huge room with a sea view, unfortunately marred by a fence. Otherwise, it's quiet and pleasant! The beach is magnificent, just below the public building, but so large that there's no problem with space."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I chose it based on my previous positive experiences with Meliá hotels around the world—from Dubai to Zanzibar—but unfortunately, this location fell far below those standards. The only positives were the entrance and the Ginger Bar. Beyond that, the overall quality of the hotel was very poor. Many of the staff seemed disengaged and unwilling to help, which made the experience even more frustrating. The food was especially disappointing. I ordered a burger that arrived practically raw. When I sent it back, they returned the same half-eaten burger, simply reheated—not properly cooked. I also received the wrong side (sweet potato fries instead of regular fries), and within seconds of raising this, they brought back fries that were undercooked and cold. A hot dog I ordered was also of extremely low quality and served cold I ordered pint they delivered it and said unfortunately it’s glass so we can’t leave the pint with you will come back. When You Need more they never came back. I paid for a pint only got a cup. I stayed at the hotel to support my mother, who is injured and a blue badge holder. Despite booking a double room, I was asked to pay an additional £35 per night for food and £50 per night just to be a guest. While I understand policies, this felt unreasonable given the circumstances. Accessibility was another major issue. The lifts were not working, making it very difficult for my mother to move around, as she had to rely on the stairs. Additionally, there was constant noise from drilling in the mornings, which made it hard to rest. Communication was also challenging, as many staff members had limited English, making it difficult to raise concerns. While the manager did reach out to me at the end of my stay, it was too late, as I had already left. Although she provided her business card and suggested another Meliá property, my experience here has made me hesitant to trust the brand again. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price. There are better and more affordable options nearby—I would personally choose H10 hotels instead, which offer better value and are closer to the beach."

"Our first time with Iberostar and we weren’t disappointed. The hotel is stunning, immaculately clean and well worth a visit. We stayed all inclusive in a Junior suite on the second floor, with a sea view, refer to photos. The food had a wide choice and there were plenty of options. We’d highly recommend the Almar restaurant (not the bar) for Lunch. Special thanks to Rocio for her excellent service and pleasant manner. The Star Prestige pool area had plenty of sun beds, hammocks and cabanas. The pool is not heated. The self service bar in this area was well stocked, plenty of spirits to choose from and some tasty snacks. The entertainment was good, I recommend the free bingo. Waiter service at the bar tables was efficient. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this hotel and would consider returning."

Hotel Livvo Jandía Golf ★★★

"Overall, I am very happy for what I paid (just over £200 for 5 days, all inclusive). The staff were not always the friendliest and I noticed the animation team only speaking to particular guests and not interacting so much with others. This did not bother me personally though. The themed restaurant is excellent, and the taxis are a good touch! Only points to note on the themed restaurant though are the booking is for 8:30pm, and they turned the lights off and were encouraging us out by 9:25. Also another couple had come in and sat down with their food. They were asked to move to the other restaurant which they did, and I assumed they would take their food over given they had plated up. Instead, the waiter scraped all their plates into the bin which seemed a real shame and waste of food, and raised a few eyebrows. (The restaurant was only around 25% full and no further bookings so they weren’t taking up space). The food overall is more than ok for the price paid, even if repeating. The drinks choices were good - I just wish the cups were bigger particularly for soft drinks so you’re not needing to refill as often. I was kindly given a late check out free of charge which was great. Corridors and outside are very loud until late - again this didn’t bother me personally as I struggle to sleep anyway. More than happy for what I paid but if I was paying the peak season prices I’d think a little more"

"I will first state the place itself is clean. Good selection of spirits and beer you pour yourself. However, everything else is really poor. Food - I've stayed in many all inclusive hotels across Spain, usually none of them are great but bearable. After the 3rd day of our children refusing to eat and us simply not wanting to eat the same undercooked pork steaks (even asked the chef making it and he was confused which says it all). Pork was pink on each pork I looked at. Simply terrible food all round. Travelling with a boy who is dairy and soya intollerant. Wrong labels were out and food which you 100% know will have the likes off milk in it were not labelled. Honestly this place could get law suites with rubbish like that. Entertainment - very small team and I credit them for trying. But they don't get help from the hotel highers clearly as it's rubbish. Childrens entertainment on an evening last 6 whole songs which lasts 15 mins as part of their "Mini Disco". Guess there use of mini is short amount of time rather than the age group its for. Location - you have small mini markets near which are what they are. Do the job for little bits and bobs. Nice Pizza joint very close by. Room - we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Honestly no issues. Nice, spacious, clean. Only downside is no AC. But it's a very windy place so didn't bother us too much. Swings and roundabouts on that one. Staff - Cleaners were great tbf, always working hard and are polite. Old guy on reception was rude. Female on reception was very friendly who checked us in. Very English problem to have, but don't expect to hear much english on your travels here. I would not stop here and I'm dead against scare mongering. But save your pennies or spend a little bit more for a better experience."

"The location of hotel appeals to us both we both enjoy cycling, running and walking around this area. This was our second visit and we were amazed at all the staff still there and the fact they remained happy in their employment. The management are always available for contact should you have any issues and they will correct any problems you may incur. I would advise to take the premium upgrade to experience breakfast on the outside deck which on a sunny sunrise morning definitely takes some beating. The buffets served over the festive period on the special evenings were delightful and presented in such a professional manor I have a food allergy and all my no go areas were well documented and no doubts were assured for me to eat without concern. Food staff location will always be a big draw for this boutique venue to be successful staff to mention Sarah, Susan, Juan, Hassan, Andreas, Roseann,housemaids, chefs and kitchen staff. We enjoyed seeing you all again and I apologise if I’ve missed any off the list. Good luck for 2025 keep up the amazing work you all put into to daily routines. Also returning guests year on year is a very positive statement and we will definitely return again and truly appreciate your hospitality given over Christmas & New Year’s."
