"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I chose it based on my previous positive experiences with Meliá hotels around the world—from Dubai to Zanzibar—but unfortunately, this location fell far below those standards. The only positives were the entrance and the Ginger Bar. Beyond that, the overall quality of the hotel was very poor. Many of the staff seemed disengaged and unwilling to help, which made the experience even more frustrating. The food was especially disappointing. I ordered a burger that arrived practically raw. When I sent it back, they returned the same half-eaten burger, simply reheated—not properly cooked. I also received the wrong side (sweet potato fries instead of regular fries), and within seconds of raising this, they brought back fries that were undercooked and cold. A hot dog I ordered was also of extremely low quality and served cold I ordered pint they delivered it and said unfortunately it’s glass so we can’t leave the pint with you will come back. When You Need more they never came back. I paid for a pint only got a cup. I stayed at the hotel to support my mother, who is injured and a blue badge holder. Despite booking a double room, I was asked to pay an additional £35 per night for food and £50 per night just to be a guest. While I understand policies, this felt unreasonable given the circumstances. Accessibility was another major issue. The lifts were not working, making it very difficult for my mother to move around, as she had to rely on the stairs. Additionally, there was constant noise from drilling in the mornings, which made it hard to rest. Communication was also challenging, as many staff members had limited English, making it difficult to raise concerns. While the manager did reach out to me at the end of my stay, it was too late, as I had already left. Although she provided her business card and suggested another Meliá property, my experience here has made me hesitant to trust the brand again. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price. There are better and more affordable options nearby—I would personally choose H10 hotels instead, which offer better value and are closer to the beach."

"The hotel was amazing everything was perfect the choice of food and quality was outstanding compared to other hotels we’ve been to all inclusive, the drinks were premium branded good choice of gins , it was very clean and very close to the beach"

"Well, well, well, what can I say. Just got back from a week at the resort, first 3 days was windy however the sun was shining then the wind went away and it got hot, hot, hot. The hotel was nice we stopped above the arcade so pretty quiet with baroness views of the mountains which was nice compared to a busy town. The rooms were a nice size with kitchen area, living area with a smart tv and English news also netflix etc. Resteraunt was nice, food was great only 1 day which I thought was repetitive, lamb, pork, chicken ,veil, beef stew (which missed the mash potatoes but came the next day lol). All in all great place for the price, taxis to the beach and return. The beach was to die, crystal waters and beautiful sands. Will be coming back. The only draw back is the taxi time 1.5hrs but.small price compared to the.beaches up north which seam to be gravel based. Well done to the hotel team for a great stay"

"3 Star hotel, should be more! room was lovely. spacious and clean, food was great and the help yourself all inclusive on drinks was even better with a help yourself service. not many British staying so we kept to ourselves, entertainment was geared to those countries that were there, great value for the 4 nights we stayed, Would of liked to stay longer but was just a short break for my Birthday, its on my go back to list!"

"We both agree that this hotel has the most friendly staff encountered for a long time and it starts with a very warm welcome from the front desk and filters all the way down to the pool lifeguard. If you want a hustle and bustle disco type venue This is not the place for you. If you want a relaxing place near an amazing beach along with a pool and views most holiday makers dream about this is most definitely recommended by us. The hotel rooms are a great design with two doors so that you don’t get any corridor noise and with a large bedroom and furniture on the balcony make for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet sitting out on the veranda ticked boxes for us the sun beds were very comfortable and available even over the Christmas period and folks don’t reserve them and not use them all day. Pool attendant great guy and interesting character to converse with and he wants you to enjoy your day poolside. The lady manager and lady assistant manager are very approachable and they are always smiling and willing to assist with any problems you may have and they have such an awesome set of staff behind them it’s a pleasure to see it all working so well. Special mentions Hassan and his colleagues in the bar area, all the house keeping staff are hard working and keep your room in tip top condition. Restaurant staff Sara and too many others to mention but always fantastic service and warm pleasant welcome morning or evening time. Suzanne the assistant manager what a fabulous hard working lady with always time to spare to talk and advise guests please keep up the team which we know will keep clients returning hope to see you all again one day ."

"Jeg var bare skuffet over de damer og herrer, der organiserer ekstra eventyr og løber rundt i TUI-tøj, fordi de ikke engang ved, hvornår Kids Club åbnede. Men de solgte noget til mig, selv om de vidste, at jeg ville bringe den lille (5 år) til Kids Club på det tidspunkt, mens jeg ville køre med den 11-årige Jetski – Kids Club var lukket klokken 9.00 om morgenen. Jeg har også booket en bil, der siger, at det kommer til hotellet, og i stedet burde jeg tages ud af hotellet og tages et andet sted hen for at få papirarbejdet udført. Det var naturligvis problematisk, fordi børnene stadig sov i hotelværelset på det tidspunkt. Som ensom far er det forståeligt nok ikke muligt for mig. Et særligt negativt punkt er, at alle senge er permanent reserveret (før 06.00 kørsler) – Mest af tyske borgere, der oplever ubehag hver gang og regelmæssigt."
