"Skyland is in a beautiful location and right in the heart of Shenandoah. The food was good quality and the service in the restaurant was great. We enjoyed the entertainment on one of the nights we were there. The first room we had had a leaky roof from the torrential rain but we were immediately moved to a new room and upgraded. The upgraded room had a few more amenities and was much closer to the lodge. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating . The rooms could do with some updating and  the beds really need replaced. It was like sleeping on a camp bed."

"Dette er et smukt hotel!Det er klassisk og elegant, og generelt vil det gøre din ferie meget mere speciel.Beliggenheden er stor, da du kan gå til restauranter eller andre steder i Luray. Luray Caverns er en hurtig køretur væk, ligesom en Walmart og Food Lion, og Skyline Drive's Thornton Gap Entrance er tæt på. Jeg spiste på Circa '31 restaurant til morgenmad, som var rimeligt prissat (menuen er lille med nogle få standard morgenmadsmuligheder).Gratis kaffe og muffins i lobbyen på alle tidspunkter. Restauranten er meget god, og har forskellige specialer/forretninger hver nat.Soveværelserne er små, men komfortabelt.Grundlaget er smukt, med et område til brande og hammokker, samt en pool og varmt rørområde.Personalet er meget venligt og overnatning. Nogle anbefalinger til forvaltningen: ~ Sæt mini køleskabe i værelserne Sæt stol på balkonen, så folk kan bruge den som et siddeområde Noget at give mere modrum i badeværelserne Jeg anbefaler Mimslyn Inn til alle, der bliver i Luray-området!"

"We arrived at Hotel Laurence at 5 pm. We read that we were to let ourselves into the hotel by key entry. The hotel sits on west main and our room #12 faces a fairly busy street where trucks rumble by with loud mufflers. The hotel entry hall is quiet, well appointed but with no welcoming signs of any sort. The staff stays until 2 pm. There was a strong odor of insecticide in the hall and our room. The room is spacious but there are no surfaces in the bathroom to place toiletries. The bed is very firm. The toilet seat will not stay up and has to be held. Thermostat temperature control in our room was very good. Noises from the street are very prominent and ear plugs are a necessity. A night light would have been nice."

"The room facilities were basic, and the breakfast selection was extremely limited, with only a few options and no seating. The booking specified four breakfasts for four people, but all that was provided was coffee and muffins; there wasn't even any bread, let alone anything else."

"I stayed here for one night when I went to Luray Cave. It must have been renovated, right? The actual photos are completely different from the official photos, they are still quite clean. The latest check-in is at 8pm, and there will be no staff behind you. However, the price was a bit expensive. It actually cost 124 knives per night, which was 10 knives more expensive than the tax-included price Ctrip estimated for me. Because the office lady was about to get off work when I arrived, I didn’t look carefully at that time, so I didn’t care about it later. ."
