"The hotel is right in the centre of the city and only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. We were able to park at the hotel as we had phoned ahead and had a blue badge. You leave the keys with the hotel so they can move the cars around as everything is blocked in. If your car is large you’ll struggle to enter as the entrance is through an archway in the wall. Nice breakfast and facilities and a lovely room. It was really hot when we were there and either there was no air conditioning or it wasn’t working. There were fans in the room. We were fine and didn’t need the fan as our room was at the back of the building and down a floor which meant it was protected from the heat. I think others staying didn’t have quite the same experience. It was an extremely hot month! Staff were really help and nice too."

"I left my luggage at the hotel front desk for two hours, and then went to the airport for a flight back home in the evening. When I returned home and opened my suitcase, I found that the Burberry card holder I bought the night before had been stolen. Because the card holder was still there when I packed my luggage, and the suitcase had only been left at the front desk for two hours, I was very sure that it was stolen by the hotel staff. After reporting it to Ctrip and contacting the hotel, it was fruitless. To be honest, the distance was so far, and I didn't expect to find it back, but as a star hotel, such a thing actually happened, I was very speechless. This is my first time to comment on a hotel as a Ctrip member, and I must let everyone know the real situation. "Very good reviews! Facilities: First of all, the hotel has free parking spaces, just behind the hotel, a separate small courtyard, which can park about 10 cars. We went there in the off-season and were very happy to have many empty spaces. For the UK, where parking fees are expensive, it saves a lot of money. But you can only park until 12 noon when you leave the hotel, so don't take up more parking spaces. Service: The grandfather at the hotel front desk was very friendly and explained the check-in requirements to us in a slow pace. The hotel has no elevator and needs to climb the stairs. We are on the top floor attic, and the stairs are narrow, which is not very friendly for large suitcases, but fortunately the room is spacious and the heating is sufficient, so it is very comfortable to stay for a few days. Også morgenmad var lidt mangler dette besøg vi gik ned på 9.20 og de fleste af rullerne muffins og pastaer havde ikke gået bagels, og æggene fyldte var svære normalt der er en menu, hvor du kan vælge friske æg osv. men da de havde en virksomheds begivenhed På det var ikke drift så på trods af en hæft y pris for morgenmad vi ikke fik en meget god en. Bortset fra, at service fra alle medarbejdere, dvs. bar, receptionen især Telma og Phil var fremragende"
