Welcome to Pine Time! This spacious 4B/2.5BA home has recently been renovated and is ready to welcome you to the Switzerland of America! Relax amongst the pines, sip coffee on the decks, and enjoy quick access to the local hot springs pool, restaurants, hiking trails, and more!
The Space:
The cabin sits a mere 1.7 miles from the heart of Ouray, offering both proximity to the town's amenities and a tranquil escape. Nestled amid majestic pine trees, it grants seclusion and a serene atmosphere. You can relish the great outdoors from the front deck, rear deck, or the private balcony deck adjoining the primary room.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, TV, a vanity & sink, and exclusive access to a private upper balcony deck through wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. Wake up looking straight out into the stunning wilderness.
The "bunk room" is spacious and has two queen beds and a set of twin bunk beds. This room also has amazing 10 ft windows to gaze out into the pines from.
The loft bedroom features tons of natural light from 10 ft windows and a king size bed, a cozy leather lounging chair, and beautiful views. Please note that this room is on the top level, and is accessed by a spiral staircase.
The lower level bedroom features a plush queen bed and is on the walk-out basement level. This is the only bedroom that does not require stairs to get to.
There is a full bathroom on the walk-out basement level, a full bathroom on the upper level near the primary and bunk rooms, and there is a half bath on the main level. Brand new granite vanities have been installed in this bathroom and the primary bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equip with everything you may need, and features a brand new Thor oven, cutlery, pots and pans, and plenty of bakeware and chef's tools make the kitchen highly functional. Sliding glass doors walk out to the back deck from the dining/kitchen area.
The living room features a 55" TV, a cozy electric stove fireplace, amazing window seats, and the coffee table is full of games and cards. This space is the heart of the home.
There is a small bonus living area on the walk-out basement level complete with a wet bar, beverage refrigerator/freezer, couch and TV.
The property is ideally located for those seeking peace and quiet but do not want to be far from town. Easily drive in for dinner and a soak at the hot springs, and then retreat to the serene peace that Pine Time provides.

The Rustic is made to give the best of both worlds: Old-school allure, but plenty of modern comforts and conveniences. Indeed, “rustic” doesn’t translate into “roughing it!” You’ll experience ease as soon as you pull into the property. The circle drive supplies ample parking for family, friends, and off-roaders with trailers or multiple vehicles. And, the large, raised deck makes you feel like you are in the trees, with a perfect bird's eye view to watch the wildlife.
The cabin itself is made of rough-sawn, circular-cut lumber. Wooden beams throughout the cabin give a feel of mountain-chateau comfort. And, the combination of antique and modern furnishings will instantly put you at ease. Some particular features of the cabin include:
● An open floor plan, which includes the kitchen, dining, and living area.
● In the kitchen: Custom hickory cabinets, river rock pebbled backsplashes, and
black granite countertops, combined with new stainless-steel appliances.
● Two bathrooms on the main floor: the vintage guest bathroom used for the two
bedrooms upstairs, as well as the private master bathroom. The antique bathroom
has a gorgeous original clawfoot tub/shower combo, with a fabulous large cast
iron sink. The master bathroom also has an original antique sink with washboard
and a large walk-in shower with double shower heads.
● A master suite is located in the rear of the cabin on the main floor, allowing for
maximum privacy and a peaceful retreat from the rest of the house. Beautiful
French doors lead out of the back of the cabin, letting you enjoy the views of
nature and peaceful mountain living.
● A laundry room on the main floor is available for use.
● Two upstairs bedrooms; one queen size bed and one king size bed with a heavy
privacy curtain covering the door way in between both rooms.
● A sledding slope on the property is a huge favorite for our guests and keeps the
whole family entertained for hours.
Staying at The Rustic gives you everything you could ask for in a mountain
vacation, including ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There’s easy access to the National Forest, the town of Ridgway, amazing restaurants, and abundant outdoor adventure. Those adventures include: Off-roading, hiking, fishing, hunting, water sports, river rafting, skiing, ice climbing, and snowmobiling, all of which are just minutes from Ridgway, Ouray, or Telluride! Hotel i Ouray
Come enjoy all that Ouray has to offer in the Hot Springs Suite. This nearly new unit (2021) is the closest townhome to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool. It's situated at the intersection of the Perimeter Trail and the North Ouray Corridor Trail. You can easily walk anywhere in town. It has 3 levels with mudroom, laundry and entertainment area with large screen TV on the entry/garage level. There’s a guest cabinet with pool towels, outdoor play equipment and ping pong equipment. There’s a card table with 4 folding chairs and an electric grill. Two sleds(and shovels!) are provided in the winter. The main level includes a sitting area adjacent to the kitchen, a bedroom with a full-size bed and a full bathroom with a deep tub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen features alder cabinetry and granite counters, a center island with stools and stainless appliances. There's a balcony off of this level with a railing mounted counter and 4 stools for outdoor dining. The upper level has an entertainment area with a queen sofa sleeper, chairs and big-screen TV. Both the antique washstand and the bookcase store games. The bookshelf has a variety of books pertaining to the Ouray area. There’s a bedroom with a queen bed and a private balcony. The full bath includes a custom walk-in shower.
