"Check in the room with dustbin on the toilet floor. The staff came and use his feet to open up the wc cover to throw the rubbish into wc and use the feet to close back the wc. Very disgusting and not a proper 5 star standard. The towel is disgusting and room has strong smoking smell."

Der er også en PK-bog i gæsteværelset.Det offentlige kasino i 1930'erne, der blev bevaret på hotellet, har svømmet i sauna, det er værd at svømme.Især tak til hotelpersonalet Andy, se på mig med kameraet og tage billeder og besøge konferencelokalet, hvor gæsterne ikke kan gå."

"I booked this hotel through Trip.com and, unfortunately, the stay itself was very disappointing. We were there from 17–19 May and, although the hotel is beautiful, a lot of things just didn’t live up to the price or the experience we expected. The biggest issue was that we were not told in advance that the spa and pool were closed because of the strikes. Had we known, we would have changed our booking. Instead, we arrived after travelling from abroad and paying full price to find that major facilities were unavailable, with very little done to make up for it. The food options were limited, the TV wasn’t working properly, and our room wasn’t cleaned between days. A couple of staff members were friendly, including the front desk staff when we arrived and an older gentleman waiter, but one of the security staff at the bar was very rude. He refused to give us a drinks menu and seemed to expect us to guess what wines they had, which felt disrespectful and unhelpful. For what we paid, and considering the price of staying in Norway, the service should still have been much better. I also think the hotel handled the whole situation badly. I appreciate they were short staffed and I do give them the benefit of the doubt, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of effort to make guests more comfortable. Something small, like a discount or complimentary drinks, would have gone a long way. Instead, it felt like management didn’t really care. What made things worse was that after we contacted the hotel, they completely ignored both us and Trip.com. That silence said a lot. Overall, a very disappointing stay and not what I would expect from a hotel like this. Trip.com itself was actually very helpful and polite throughout, and I appreciated how quickly they kept me updated and tried to contact the hotel on our behalf. They also took it upon themselves to offer some compensation, which I really appreciated."

"We have been received by Tatiana in order to check in and what a lovely person. She was so nice to explain us everything about the appartment and the location. The appartment is super well located really near the port and walking distance to the Opera and Munch museum. You have everything around the corner and its lovely to walk in this neighborhood. For the place you have everything inside, its super clean super comfortable and so beautifully decorated. If you stay in Oslo its a must book place"
