Although the hotel just opened this year, two rooms had different odors: one was almost odorless and well-ventilated, while the other had a strong aromatherapy smell and poor ventilation. The staff said it was an automatic air-purifying system, but it couldn't completely shut off the odor… The front desk and lobby staff were very welcoming, but the service response was too slow. On the first day, we called to ask our child for toiletries, and they said they were out of stock. The next day, when we went to the front desk, they provided them. We don't know if they genuinely didn't have them or if there was another reason. Overall, it was very good, but the room service could be improved. I would recommend it to friends and hope it will be better next time."
