"The hotel is very big and our Room was on the other side of the lobby area but we had pool in the yard and a quiet Room so it was very nice. Also the service was good and you could just text to the reseption any request or questions and they answered quickly. We met Gru in the lobby one day, i dont know how much characters visit the hotel but it was nice to meet Gru. Overall We were happy with our stay."

"We booked this hotel for our Universal Studios trip. It has a Starbucks and a pizza place right downstairs, which was very convenient. "I simply couldn't give anything less than a glowing review! I truly never expected such an amazing experience to happen to us! We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay; the hotel staff were warm and polite, and the room was beautiful, clean, and tidy. However, it wasn't until our flight landed back home that I realized I had left my laptop at the hotel. It contained all my notes and data, which were extremely important. I called the hotel, and a front desk staff member named Jessica patiently and enthusiastically listened to my situation. She proactively contacted the housekeeping department to inquire, and less than half an hour later, she called back to tell me that a Ms. Hoor from housekeeping had found the laptop and it was now safely stored at the hotel. After I emailed my shipping address, Jessica immediately sent the laptop out that very day, and I received the international shipment less than four days later, hardly missing any work at all! I am incredibly grateful! Special shout-outs to these two staff members: Hoor and Jessica. I don't know how to express my gratitude in words!!"

"Went with my partner for a weekend stay visiting family. We wanted to be closer to the airport, but also wanted a place with decent amenities. Unfortunately we found a large, live bug in the room. We killed it but it was right before bed so we had no alerted management because we had to get up in the morning. I’m giving the stay 3.5/5 stars cause it wasn’t bad but the bug definitely startled me."

Kommer ikke tilbage til hotellet eller restauranterne på ejendommen. Vi havde forfærdelig service på Cebia restaurant, og for den pris, de tager, burde det aldrig ske."

"Stayed for 3 nights in Pop Century. The room has two beds, one of which can be folded up to become a table and needs to be put down to become a bed. The room is in the 90s Century, almost the farthest building from the entrance and the bus... The facilities in the room are good and clean. If you have a lot of luggage, you need to borrow a luggage cart from the bell service and push it back to the room. The advantage is that the sound insulation is good, and the hotel's shuttle bus and bus services are very good."

"It's easy to get to from Orlando Airport, and there's a bus stop nearby! There's a Waffle House right in front of the hotel, so you can eat delicious waffles anytime, anywhere! It was absolutely delicious! It's also about a 25-minute drive to Disneyland, so it's very convenient and I'd like to use it again!! Breakfast starts at 7am, and there's a waffle bar where you can make your own, cupcakes, and a drink bar, so it was better than the reviews said!! lol I really enjoyed Disney!! Thank you!"
