"## Room: The room was spacious. Some rooms are a bit noisy due to their proximity to the highway. Bottled water in the room is complimentary only for Hilton Honors members; otherwise, it costs $4 a bottle. Wi-Fi requires you to register as a member (I'm not sure if it's mandatory, but I had to register to use it). Housekeeping services need to be requested at the front desk upon check-in. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong, but it was sufficient. As usual, no toothbrush, toothpaste, or disposable slippers were provided (I brought my own, so I don't know if they can be requested from the front desk). ## Hotel Facilities: There's a small convenience store next to the front desk on the first floor, selling snacks, drinks, and water. The lobby also has a coffee shop that opens at 6:30 AM. I received two complimentary cookies during check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! ## Transportation: To get to Disneyland, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel with direct service (bus routes 6/12 or 12), though the schedule isn't always precise. You can buy a day pass on the official website for $6 per adult; it's more cost-effective if you plan to use the bus for both往返 trips. A single ride with a credit card costs $4, and you'll be billed the next day. You can also take an Uber to Disneyland from the hotel entrance. ## Nearby: Across from the hotel, there's a Starbucks and a Wendy's. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, The Outlets at Orange, where you can shop."

"This was my third time staying at The Richland. I've stayed in a room on the bottom floor, the second floor and this time we were in The Attic. We enjoyed the location very much, the office was for the most part very responsive but our issue this time was The Attic was so warm/hot. We had fans brought up and that did help. But for the price, when we walked up the stairs to the literal 'heat wave' it was disappointing. We will stay at The Richland again, but not in The Attic unless it's winter. Do check out the eating/drinking spot "Provisions" - and be aware that the bar/lounge area is not open in The Richland. A nice self serve breakfast is available on Friday & Saturday morning, but otherwise it's self serve snacks and some drinks. Some of the write-ups and marketing make it sound like bar is still open - it's not."

The Richland ★★
"We stayed at The Richland for 2 nights. There was a wedding there on the second night (about 150 people with a very loud band (up to 75dB loud!). We were told this two nights before we arrived. They assured us that the band would end at 10 PM, but the band played until 10:30, with the guests roaming the hallways up to 10:45PM. I’ve read that any noise above 70 dB is ‘disturbing’ and can attest to the fact that it made sleep impossible. It was duplicitous that the hotel did not tell us about the wedding until 2 days before our arrival - ensuring that we could not find an alternative place to stay. We travel a lot and this was our worst experience ever! Adding to the insult is that we later found out that this is a frequent occurrence (I.e., not telling unsuspecting people about a wedding until two nights before they were to check in). Not only that, but the wedding guests totally overwhelmed the space, leaving no room for other guests to sit outside and relax in the sun - or sit inside and read. This is also the worst review I have ever left about a travel experience."

"It's right next to the highway exit and parking is free. It's also in a great location, just 10 minutes from Disneyland. The room was spacious and clean, and although there was no bathtub, the fact that the shower head could be removed was a big plus. The included breakfast was also very nice. The staff were all kind and friendly. I'd like to use it again."

"It was very nice except for the night when I’m trying to sleep and have an infant trying to sleep.  The car noise from the road was not good!  I heard trucks, cars, motorcycles, loud!  The windows are probably not duel or triple panes.  The service was extremely excellent!  The staff was very friendly and helpful.  They were there if you needed anything and even texted you if you needed assistance with anything.  Very grateful for the staff!😊.  I would recommend the Embassy Suites to anyone!  Thank you Embassy Suites for your service!😊"

"I stayed here for two nights to watch an MLB game and visit California Disney. This time I traveled by public transport, and the bus stop was right in front, which was convenient. The parking lot was also large, so it was good for people using rental cars. The hotel rooms were very spacious, and there was a pool and jacuzzi, so it was comfortable. Breakfast was included, and I was very satisfied with fruit, yogurt, etc. The welcome coffee service was also good. All the staff were also very friendly and greeted me often. I would like to use this hotel again next time."
