B&B HOTEL Oldenburg ★★

"Vi havde checket ind på B&B Hotel for et bryllup og var meget behageligt overrasket over værelset, servicen og renheden og meget godt ophøjet og behandlet. Om et spørgsmål om receptionen. Booking af morgenmad (som har overrasket os helt), og små receptionsservice var meget behageligt overrasket. Alt i alt en meget behagelig ophold i dette hus og meget anbefales - vi ville indchecke der igen."

"Great location, cleanliness 10/10, but unfortunately, the service at Oh Honey is more like 4/10 :-/ While all the staff are exceptionally friendly, they're also friendly to each other. If chatting and joking around with colleagues is more fun than working, I find that unprofessional. It's nice to see that the staff feel comfortable, but if I, as a paying guest, suffer because I don't get a second drink or because breakfast isn't ready in the morning, that's a no-go for me."

"I stayed two days and liked it, so I extended my stay and changed rooms. It turned out to be a nightmare. Facilities: Upon entering the room, I discovered the bathroom light was broken. I notified the front desk, but it still hadn't been fixed until after I checked out. Such inefficiency! Service: The day before check-out, I put some personal belongings, such as clothes, pants, and medication, into two plastic bags. The bags happened to be on top of a trash can, and the cleaning lady probably mistook them for trash and threw them away. But think about it, why would someone treat plastic bags as trash if they contained personal belongings? I reported it to the front desk staff, but they didn't seem to care. I told them I'd give them a bad review if they didn't address it, but they didn't care. This was a very poor service attitude. Environment: Because the hotel is in the city center, it can be quite noisy at night."
