"Wonderfully styled rooms, comfortable bed, had such a great time. Stayed overnight here and had a sensational time. Had dinner and drinks downstairs on a Saturday night with an intimate stage and Mitch from Coffs brought such great vibes. This place is still being refurbished in places but is a total hidden gem."

"We stayed in one of the cabins, which was a very short walk to the pool and beach. The cabin was clean and comfortable with good outside furniture for afternoon drinks and dinner. We also enjoyed the bar and the food that was available. I would recommend Serenity for family's or a group of friends."

"Ocean shores was excellent location for the spare of the moment decision to get away for this time of year. Was lucky enough to get due to cancellation the staff were friendly and couldn't help us enough with our stay, very helpful. Fishing was awesome of having the choice of beach or river fishing. Access to club next door for that beer or two and a meal to end your day was awesome. Amenities and park very clean, great playing area for kids etc. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you Ocean Shores Team for a fabulous holiday. Louise and Bob"

"What a hidden little gem. This hotel is excellent Lots of quirky features, record player in room, records all around the hotel that you can play. The rooms are super large , but have a balcony that is shared Bathroom is spacious but no door. Steve the owner is very friendly and helpful. Bed super comfortable and slept like a log. Block out curtains make room nice and dark. Beach is only 300 meters across the road. Would recommend this hotel to anyone"

"I stayed recently in one of the beach houses, upon entry i was greeted with dirty walls, filthy oven, crumbs still on the bench tops from previous occupants, dust, the feel of gritty sand under foot, blood splatter on one of the pillows, broken blinds. I should have walked out and demanded my money back, yes my mistake. I was contacted by email a few days later asking me how i enjoyed my stay, after telling of my disappointment i received and email from manager Mathew Wooldridge making excuses that it had been a busy season and that if i felt my stay had been so disappointing i should contact him to discuss a refund. I have now called twice and still no reply to my calls. I WILL NEVER BE BACK and NEVER RECOMMEND!!!"

"Vi var i Bower Cottage, den lille af de to.Det var rummeligt, meget ren og godt opstillet.Vi havde dækket parkering, med en kort gåtur på graven.Mange områder at sidde udenfor, med for- og bagdøre. Beddet var meget behageligt, og stedet var super rolig.Meget god BBQ ved fordøren, også en varmt rør.Dette var udenfor, men tæt på sengeområdet, og var lidt støjende, da det varmede vandet. Både køkkenet og badeværelset var fantastiske, men der var et højt skridt ind og ud af disse områder.Så vær forsigtig, især om natten.Ingen Air/Con, kun en loftsfans.Windows hele rundt, med udsigt over haven - smuk.Bedøvsmidsprodukter leveret. Dette er et super sted for et romantisk par dage, adgang er på en smutvej, og meget mørk om natten.Så tag masser af mad og slappe af."
