"We were allocated a room in the next building (not the main building), right next to a 7-11 store. Room is pretty clean, though we spotted a few ants. Functional for 2A2C. Service is quite non-existent I would say. I was there alone with 2 kids and a whole lot of luggage and no help was rendered when I asked if I could borrow their trolley. Recept nodded but I didn’t use it in the end as their trolley was hard to push through the street to the next building. I made 2 trips with my 2 kids in tow. Location wise is 5 mins walk from a monorail station. 5 mins walk to the end of the kokusai-dori, which has more touristy shops. The popular stores and the Makishi public market are closer to the other end which is 2 stations away."

"The location of this hotel is excellent however... there were a few things I found concerning: There was no emergency exit information provided to us. If there was a fire and you asked me to find the stairs I would not have been able to. The window in our room was cloudy with some caked on dirt and mineralization (which you could feel on the inside). The shower worked kind of. There was one time it cut out in the middle of bathing and I had to put my head under the faucet to rinse my hair. The free sake bar is not what you think. The one cup sake, you can get at lawson's for 100 yen is WORLDS better than anything they had available. I wouldnt clean my bike engine with the drinks they had. Draft beer was local Orion and was great. Breakfast was a solid 6.5/10. Miso was super salty day 1 and improved a lot day 2 we were there. The staff across the board were very nice, kind, and helpful. This place has an impeccable location, and if that is your primary concern go for it.If you're splurging a little bit on this accommodation, thinking that you're getting a bunch of amenities, save your money and just buy beer and sake from the store."

"The exterior and interior are completely different. I was shocked. The room looked clean but it wasn't, and there was blood on the sheets, which scared me. The room smelled so bad that turning on the air conditioner gave me asthma. I went to breakfast after coughing one night, and the menu was so unappetizing that I thought, "What? Are they really okay to serve this?" It was certainly cheap, but it was terrible. The only saving grace was that the staff were very friendly."

"Location: Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze, with plenty of monorail and bus stops nearby. It's right next to RYUBO Department Store, and there's a Family Mart downstairs, plus a 7-Eleven, Lawson, and a Daikoku drugstore close by. It's also super close to the day tour meeting point and Kokusai Street, so the location is truly excellent! Facilities: Our room was on the 9th floor. While the room isn't huge, it's a 'sparrow small but complete with all its vital organs' – perfectly fine for one adult and one child. The corner sofa was a nice touch, very convenient. I loved that the window could open, allowing for daily ventilation. The pajamas were very comfortable, and having a large public bath on an upper floor was a godsend; soaking there after a long day was incredibly relaxing! Service: The front desk staff provided good, enthusiastic service. While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the food was delicious, with many Okinawan specialties. The menu changed daily, so even after five days, we didn't get bored! Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and very thoroughly. Toiletries were provided in the room, but there didn't seem to be free drinking water or skincare products. I'm not sure if I needed to ask the front desk for those. However, the lobby lounge offered free drinks from 2 PM to 10 PM daily, and the pineapple sparkling water was particularly good. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially with its unbeatable location and surroundings. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Okinawa!"
