"The room we stayed in was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom and toilet were large and hot water was sufficient. The bed was quite large and comfortable. I think our room, like all their rooms, faced the sea and the east and offered us the vitality of waking up with the first light of the day. The view was great. There was enough variety at breakfast. It wasn't very luxurious but it was good. I can't comment because we didn't use wifi. Paid parking was available, but since we checked in very late at night, there was no space left. (Make a reservation in advance if that's important to you.) The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to Jenya (I hope that's the correct pronunciation) at the reception. There are more economical hotel options in Varna, but since you haven't stayed in the others, I wouldn't compare them. It made us say that we are glad we stayed in this hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, right next to the airport bus stop. The room was spacious with an old-fashioned style. We had a room with a cathedral view. There was a kettle in the room, but no cups or tea/coffee sachets."

We were especially pleased that we received a complimentary room upgrade—a room with a stunning view. We were also able to check in three hours earlier than scheduled, which was incredibly helpful after an overnight flight. I'd also like to highlight the designer approach to the rooms—it's truly admirable. Overall, the hotel and its staff left a wonderful impression; I'll definitely stay there again!"

"I'm bulgarian but speaking in English for the tourists. I went here with my mom and the experience was awesome. The receptionist, I think his name was Rado, was very nice and welcoming not only to us, but also to everyone else. He showed us where our room was and even gave me free candy. At one point my mom got a headache due to having low blood pressure and Rado gave her pills to make her head stop hurting. When we went inside our room I was amazed of how it looked. The bathroom was literally better than the one we have at home. The only downside was that it smelt like smoke but that was due to the window being open. I would recommend this hotel."

"I normally stay at the same few hotels when travelling to Varna but tried somewhere different this time due to availability. I regret it enourmously. This hotel was terrible. The staff were miserable and rude. The breakfast was not great. The aircon in the room was so loud, it was impossible to sleep with it on. This meant sleeping in the heat. The room itself had tiny windows which made the room feel like a prison cell. It was gloomy and with all the brown colours just an unpleasent place to be. It didn't even have a kettle to make hot drinks - I had to go and ask for one. The room was clean so I have given two stars instead of 1 but I absolutely would not stay here again."
