"Room is real nice and clean.Conveniently going around shops, get back to highway.
Jessica is super welcoming us at the check- in also pay attention on our requests.The man at the check out next morning is polite & bright attitudes person ( Forgot to look at his name) We stay a night (Aug 27th ) for Rainbow spring park also visit our family in the next town.Impress with service , bed is so comfy , smell of this place is real nice.Breakfast is great so we enjoyed it also many to choose from.Highly recommended for high quality service & price is decent.Will stay again definitely"

House is centrally located with easy access to all the amenities such as Publix grocery stores, restaurants, theaters, banks, barbershops and salons all the while with a quiet county setting. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator, hair dryers in each bath, central air and heat, wireless internet, cable and phone for local calls, carport and an extra drive at back of the property great for boats and RVs.
The house is centrally located with ease to all major attractions and activities such as 20 minutes to the Ocala National Forest with great camping, horseback riding and zip lining. It is approx. 70 miles to Daytona and Ormond Beaches, 86 miles to St Augustine Beach. On the gulf side; about 40 miles to Crystal River and Kings Bay. (Great areas to watch the manatees and dolphins play). The house is 7 miles from the famous Silver Springs National Park with the world famous glass bottom boats and 7 miles to the water park as well. It is approx. 1-2 hrs from most major attractions including Disney World, Bush Gardens, Epcot, Universal Studios and the Kennedy Space Center.
The Ocala are has many lakes, rivers and State Parks to enjoy. There is plenty of great fishing, camping and hiking in the area. There are over 500 Thoroughbred horse farms; many open for tours and horse back riding. Ocala is known as the Horse Capital of the World.

Laundry baskets, hangers, soaps, USB outlets, steamer, hair blow dryers, makeup wipes, first aid kit etc etc! Your dogs are welcome to their own bowls, bed, toys, couch blanket and fully fenced in back yard! You’ll love the classic Florid- sun room stocked with comfy furniture, board games and a vintage shuffleboard! The kitchen is brand spanking new and stocked for all your cooking and dining needs. Enjoy the WiFi connected TV , listen to tunes on the Bluetooth speaker or delve into the mini library. Feel free to add to the collection!
The outdoor patio is now complete and ready for your enjoyment. Couches, chairs, a propane fire pit and ambient twinkle lights will make your night in perfect. Chair cushions are located in an outdoor cupboard. The small private fully fenced yard is yours to roam as well as the larger partially fenced back yard which is shared with the owner. Please do NOT leave dogs unattended in the larger back yard, it is NOT dog proof.
I love working on this home from within the private access studio which shares a wall with the rental unit. I’ll be adding new art pieces and amenities so look for upgrades and changes ! There’s still some tweaks to be made so pardon me while I build new doors and shelves! Owner access to studio is limited to normal business hours and weekends. This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. Later it housed retail stores, a coffee shop, and The Blue Heron Gallery. This space was used as an Art Gallery.
The one bedroom apartment A, is on the first floor of the Kemp Estate. The apartment is about 775 square feet contains its own entrance, bathroom, bedroom, living room/kitchen, and private deck.
The bathroom features a very large shower with three rain shower heads, a double granite vanity, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels.
The bedroom features a Queen sized bed with topper, a small smart TV, armoire, desk, sound machine, iron and ironing board along with an extra pillow and blanket.
The living room/kitchen features a queen sized pull out sofa bed, two dining areas, a full sized refrigerator, a gas full sized stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and essentials like salt/pepper, oil, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. We do include a welcome gift of pastries to get you started on your first morning.
The TV is a smart TV so bring along your login information for Hulu, Netflix, prime etc. If you don’t have a membership, each app offers free trials in addition to the other free apps on Roku and live TV tile on Roku.
The front patio offers a gas grill, outdoor dining table, and outdoor furniture. The back deck is a private oasis with Edison lights, outdoor furniture, and two lounge chairs. There is a reserved parking spot, if you need more please make arrangements prior to arrival. There is a shared laundry room on property open 9am-9pm on a first come first served basis
**We offer one of the most affordable rates for a one bedroom within walking distance to the downtown restaurants/bars, shops, and entertainment.
**There is no pet fee, no additional person fee, only a $60 cleaning fee. Guests are not asked to do laundry/cleaning etc. as housekeepers will take care of it upon check out. Each apartment is cleaned by professional housekeepers who are paid by the cleaning fee with no markup for the owner.

Easily accessible from all local venues (20 mins to WEC, 15 mins to FL horse park, 25 minutes to HITS, 1/2 mile from great restaurants on the square.) Very quiet neighborhood and has a front porch with chairs or a swing to enjoy the evening or morning sun. 2 car paved driveway makes parking always easy. House is fully equipped for cooking at home- full size fridge and all cooking utensils you should need. Spices and condiments are plentiful. Beds are new foam mattresses with crisp clean sheets. Ample hangers and sizeable closet in the master bedroom as well as one in the guest room. Washer and dryer should you need to do laundry while away. New couches with room for 6, so lots of room to spread out and watch tv. New smart tv with internet to watch your shows. Shampoo and conditioner and soap provided.
