"All great and very friendly staff. Only major downside is noise. People walking on floors above and in the hallway are very audible. The fridge is also in the same space as the bed and when it goes into cooling cycles it's extremely loud in the middle of the night."

Bellas Cottage is a quaint little A-frame with an upstairs master loft, large walk-in shower and soaking tub. There is a king bed upstairs. Downstairs there is a sweet little living room (with a fold down murphy bed)open to a kitchen and dining area. A separate bedroom with a queen bed and nice little bathroom featuring a walk-in shower are also downstairs. The little town of Oakhurst is bustling with activity in the summer and winter. Winter festivals, skiing, ax throwing, a Christmas weekend and tree lighting, Ice-skating at Tenaya Lodge, a local movie theater, are just a few at of the activities. In the spring and fall there are some fun activities including half marathons, hikes, and of course, in the summer, there are all kinds of festivities at the lake along with fireworks over Bass lake on Fourth of July. Bass lake has boat and JetSki rentals.. But most amazing is hiking about Yosemite, and packing picnic lunches to eat near the rivers or waterfalls. There are also all kinds of fun places to eat in Oakhurst. El Cids has great Mexican food… Pizza factory has amazing pizza. There are many other fine dining experiences like Duceys by the lake, the Elderberry House…Upscale burger joints like the SouthGate Brewing, and Duceys upstairs hideaway, also by the Lake.…. Try out our sandwich or coffee shops, and of course you can have a festive meal on the Sugar Pine Railroad. Bellas cottage is frequented by deer, racoon, quail, squirrels, bobcat, an occasional bear, etc. There are two large grocery stores, an auto parts store, a tractor and feed store, many churches and a couple of hardware stores for your shopping covenience. Whether you are traveling with family or a large group of friends, this big House has everything you need for a relaxing stay and "sleep like a baby", nights.
The plan of the House is unique in its own way. The House has 3 separate units.
In the Main Unit there is an attractive large High Ceiling Great Room, Dining area with open space fully equipped kitchen and a Fireplace. Three cozy Bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the Main Unit together with a Bathroom.
The Second Unit is located on the same floor as the Main Unit. It has 2 BR, a Living/Dining area with fully equipped kitchenette and a Bathroom. Burgundy bedroom has a queen size bed and Blue Bedroom has a full size bed and a tween size bed.
The Third Unit is a downstairs unit and it has 1 BR, a Living/Dining area with fully equipped kitchenette and a Bathroom. There are one tween size bed and one bunk bed in a Bedroom. Living area has king size bed and three sofas-very spacious room. In addition, there is a private patio with outdoor furniture and gated backyard for furry babies.
Enjoy having a breakfast or dinner on the large deck around the house. Or, enjoy the sunsets and a night sky with stars. The deck is large enough even to practice yoga.
All units have Smart TVs, WIFI. Spacious 900 sq.f, Two Bedrooms Unit with a lot of positive & relaxing energy. Carefully and nicely decorated with a touch of personal taste. Great for family or small groups. Nestled in a very peaceful residential area with spectacular mountain views in 3 acres grassy lot. Part of a larger home with separate entrances, small private patios with seating area. This unit is comfortable for 5-7 guests. Great location, close to everything!
Cozy dining/kitchenette has everything- including spices! Bottle of Red wine-is complimentary for every Friday-Sunday stay! The open-concept living, dining, and kitchenette areas are spacious and accommodating for everyone in your group. Relax in the living room on a very inviting oversized couch and comfortable antique chairs, watching your favorite NETFLIX or YOUTUBE shows on the flat screen SMART TV, or get together around a huge dining table/island and enjoy your meal. From each bedroom, step right out the French door to your small patio where you can seat and sip your coffee in the morning, or enjoy glass of wine after returning back from the Yosemite National Park. Our "Pink Bedroom" has a queen size bed. A "Blue Bedroom" has one full size and twin size beds. Large living area has a queen/full size sleeper sofa, which is a part of a long couch. All beds are very comfortable-to-sleep on! There is a bathroom with a bathtub and sliding doors. Linens, towels and toiletries are provided for no additional charge.
* Please, check all pictures and ask questions if you have some. On-site owners are ready to assist with anything you may need during your stay!
Guest access:
If you wish to spend sometime outdoor there is a small patio with a seating area. You will have an access to a shared back yard with a fire pit and chairs around. Wood-burning barbecue grill is also available upon request! You may like to enjoy playing on our 3 acres lot with your kids or with furry family members! Laundry room is in our main unit and it is available upon request!

Neighborhood overview:
If you wish to play tennis or take a run, or even swim in a swimming pool- we have tennis courts, swimming pool and a stadium in few min to walk to! And.. a swimming pool just a cross the street! Restaurants, bars, winery and all shopping are very close to our property! Movie Theater, Summer Live Music, Summer Events and Chuckchansi Casino- you chose how you want to spend your evening here! Short drive or even walking distance (1 ml) to all shopping and restaurants! A lot of hiking trails around with a short drive as well! South Gate of the Yosemite National Park is 17 ml away and Bass Lake beaches are 12 ml! Manzanita Lake is a beautiful small lake with warm and shallow water that is great for families with kids, just 25 min drive from our property! For sure, you will enjoy spending entire day there! There are some barbecue sites. Chuckchansi Casino is 14 ml away with a lot of staff to do there!
Getting around:
By car, by bus, or just take a 20 min walk to our Shopping Plaza...

YOSEMITE RESERVATIONS:
Depending on travel dates, reservations with recreation. gov may be required to enter the national parks. Any guests planning to visit the national parks during their travels are advised to visit nps .gov for the most accurate updates and requirements regarding traveling to the national parks. This includes reservation requirements, permit requirements, vehicle requirements, and road closures or traffic patterns.

--We have great internet! We are in a rural mountain community, internet occasionally goes out. I will message you if there is a planned outage. These outages usually only last 30 minutes to 3 hours. We have a DVD player and board games to pass the time. Plus, it’s a great time to connect with the outdoors!

-The power also can randomly go out during winter storms or heatwaves. Again I will notify you, but please keep this in mind.

-Chains for your vehicle may be required to drive in the area in the winter and spring months.

-Travel Insurance is provided as an option during the checkout process. Please note that as much as we'd like to, we cannot protect your trip from flight delays, illnesses, weather, job loss, or other circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip.

-We STRONGLY suggest purchasing some type of Travel Insurance so that you may protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off!

-Please note that this property is located in the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, a fabulous escape into nature. Being in this amazing, natural environment means you might encounter some of our natural "residents", such as ants, spiders, insects, mice and cobwebs.

-While we have regularly scheduled pest control and professional cleaners that help to minimize these occurrences, they are a part of the mountain experience. Please let us know if you meet any of these during your stay.
