"This hotel was very nice and clean. There were a pool and terrace. I could the sea from my room. The view was very nice. Breakfast was good. I stayed here for 2 nights. In the second morning I had to leave here early so I thought I couldn’t have breakfast but staffs prepared my picnic breakfast. I satisfied it. Staffs were very kind. I left my luggage in the bus. I told them about that. They called the bus office immediately and picked it up to my room. Thank you so much."

"A stay impossible to improve. We come every year and we will continue to do so. Everything is taken care of in detail: the exceptional cleanliness, the fantastic breakfast, the attention of the staff is a 10 (great value of this hotel, its human team who have been here for years and that is noticed and appreciated), the small but perfect thalasso, the restaurant, cafeteria, and the views of the estuary, that is priceless, waking up to those views is a plus. It's well worth booking with those views. Wonderful common areas, the improvement is noticeable with the renovation of the breakfast room on sunny days. A success The perfect rest, very well soundproofed rooms, super comfortable mattresses and pillows. I can't put a single fault on it. We will continue coming every year as before, we feel at home. Thank you"

"Great apartments. Really spacious and clean. Loved having 2 bathrooms so we could shower etc at the same time to save time. Good kitchen and only about 10 min drive to the beach or the supermarket. Nice pool and sun decks. Well situated between Portimao, Carvoeiro and Albufeira. The kitchen is quite basic with no “starter package” so that would be nice to have a couple bin bags some soap and a scrubby or sponge upon arrival."

"Good hotel , we were in the norat three stars and did not surprise and for good , the room has a good size , the bedroom is good , a large TV screen and the bathroom is large , The breakfast buffet is good (we pay it separately), and the spa is great, everything worked perfectly, it is not very big but it has many kinds of screws.Up,in the lake there is a terrace with sea views, We couldn't take advantage of it because it was not season but in summer it must be very good.The location is also good ,is in the center of O Grove ."

"This hotel is definitely the hidden gem of Galicia. Located at short distance of the city centre and famous island of La Toja. Surrounded by nature with breathtaking views of the Arousa river, it’s an oasis of peace and relaxation. We opted for a room with terrace I booked directly with the hotel as it was not available through an online booking engine. The room is spotless and spacious with a king bed of at least 2x2. The breakfast superb and the staff super friendly. Large pool and solarium. Numerous fruit trees. Don’t look any further if you like to stay in O Grove. Necessary to rent a car. Plenty of free parking available at and in front of the resort."

"8 members of my family went this weekend, spread across 4 rooms. When we got to the spa we didn't last even an hour since the itchy eyes were unbearable because it had too much chloramine, also 3 of us who are asthmatic left with our lungs closed having to inhale more than normal during the next day, the warm water pulling to cold. When we got to the rooms, we couldn't take a shower because the water was cold, not even warm. We had to go down to dinner without showering. When we arrived at the restaurant, we had a contracted seafood platter that literally took an hour to serve us, the seafood being of very low quality, half of the 3 seafood platters for 6 people was returned. The hotel in the Spa and breakfast was overcrowded with people, with more capacity than allowed in my opinion. Anyway, the worst thing of all is that by complaining at reception, no one has apologized, that is to say, that must be normal in this hotel, my parents had gone 2 months ago and they had told them that they would be undergoing renovations, well this weekend During the week everything was even worse. We will not return and we will obviously speak badly to anyone who asks us."
