"Min historie krydsede med medarbejdernes venlighed og ærlighed,som blev en protagonist af den glade ende på at finde sammen med to andre motorcyklister(som jeg vil takke)af min portefølje, Forsvundet timer før i deres parkering og bemærkede mig efter nogle timer.Men dette er sagt, stedet er fremragende,med en smuk pool,alt rent og med en god restaurant service.Omkring de grønne bakker, og i parken nogle frugttræer.Slimet efter timers søgning af portefølje op og ned for Barbagia,Jeg besluttede også at overnatte.Hvis jeg kan komme tilbage sikkert.Jeg kan ikke andet end råde"

"Hotel was in a convenient location - within walking distance to the main piers where you can book boat tours, beaches and local grocery store if you need to buy any essentials. Rooms were clean and had air conditioning. The ladies at the front desk were also lovely and helpful and provided recommendations when I was looking to book a boat tour - you can purchase a packed lunch from the hotel, hire a beach towel and borrow a beach umbrella for free. Breakfast had quite a few savoury and sweet options. And I recommend the Skybar, their rooftop bar for drinks and free snack buffet (from 6.30-8.30pm) in the evening - great views!"

"Hotellet er afgørende, som om kunder, der elsker bjerget og gåture, der passer på stoffet mere end på formen, forventer det. Og her stoffet er givet af morgenmad, god og varieret. Andet end en tale til restaurant ...en god restaurant med god personale og et godt køkken. Meget godt frattau brød, rig og smagfuld; den kolde og varme modermad er selv værd at spise med en cremefuld, smagfuld og smagbar fåre, en sød lever (Romersk lignende koratel?) og en bitter bagsmag, Søde bønner, der minder om forårslugtene og smagerne, og så en gris, der er tørret, men desværre ikke på niveau med dem, der er kogt i armene. "A terrible experience that forced us to leave. When we arrived the room was hot without the fan coil system being able to bring the temperature to an acceptable level. It has never happened that I was unable to have a cool temperature in the room that could not be adjusted at will because the system was unable to dilute the heat in the room. In all this, there was a NON-working air conditioner in the room which obviously could not be used. We did not receive any alternative proposal and only after many hours did we have no other option than to demand the full refund, which was initially denied to us, without wanting to stay just one night in the facility. Only with extreme and pressing insistence, with the threat of calling the authorities, did we obtain a refund of the amount paid in cash (almost all because 5 euros were missing at the end) and without any receipt of the refund transaction. At 11pm we had to look for makeshift accommodation because these gentlemen take advantage of the fact that the customer arriving from outside is forced to accept compromise situations. No room changes were offered to us and no alternative accommodation was possible. The worst thing, however, was the treatment received at the reception which more or less responded: the situation is this so if it's okay with you that's the way it is otherwise we can't do anything about it. Terrible experience especially in managing the problem. Why doesn't one customer come on holiday to get a refund on the first evening and several find (more expensive) accommodation if they can get a viable solution. A solution certainly to be avoided since rooms are sold which then prove not to be up to the standard of the hotel category. Obviously, finally, the culprit is the customer who gets angry because he sees his holiday ruined. I strongly advise against booking at this property as you will not have any assistance in case of problems."

"Et par km. fra Dorgali land og Cala Gonone, og fra de mange strande i Oroseibugten, en traditionel struktur dykket i grøn og mellem bjergene, hvor du kan slappe af og finde så meget fred. Ikke langt fra meget vigtige huler. Fremragende middag på terrasse foran bjergene i Gennargentu Park, anbefalede culurgiones, punzu til kongen får, bitter silke. Meget venlig personale"

"I cannot understand the bad reviews on here… we loved everything about this hotel! Beautiful location and we loved Cala Ganone and walking around during day and night. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was so perfectly thought out. More than enough choice and I was so well looked after being gluten free. In fact thanks to the member of staff (lady) who looked after me everyday! We ate in the restaurant most evenings and the food and service was great. The room was so clean and nice balcony. The bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I do usually. We look forward to staying here again next year!"
