"I have travelled all over the world and have never had such a bad experience staying over at a hotel. The photo's on the website are nothing like the hotel. In reality, it is shabby and disgusting. I thought I had found a good hotel that was reasonably priced that i could use when visiting relatives in the midlands. I would never recommend this place and would never use it again. I also need to mention I was awoke at 1.30am in the morning to 3 police officer trying to gain entry into the secured building by nearly putting the door through whilst banging on it. They were looking for a 18 year old man I know this as they woke me up banging on my hotel room door....frightend yes, angry yes, did I sleep again....NO"
