"Hotel Krynica er lige ved siden af byens isarena og kun en 10-15 minutters gang fra centrum.Vi var der med en stor begivenhed, og hotellet leverede perfekt på alle aspekter. Selv deres standardværelser er ret store og de har en række værelser i forskellige størrelser.Den mest imponerende præstation kom fra køkkenet, og det var en stor opgave, da måltider i det væsentlige blandede hinanden. Ikke desto mindre var maden altid frisk og hurtigt fyldt, når man løber lavt.For aftenen tilbyder hotellet også flere barer og endda dans på udvalgte aftener. Spa har også været en populær funktion med saunaer og et særligt varmt damprum.Hotel Krynica ville være en velkommen mulighed for et tilbagevenden besøg."

"We arrived on Friday and were given room 101. Right across our room they have a game room. Whenever you enter or leave your room, everyone from the game room looks at you. Right next to our door was the entrance to kids room (few meters away). This means that when you try to lay on the bed and relax, you can hear kids screaming from both rooms. No way to relax. What is worse, both game room and kids room open at 10:00, so at 9:30 we had parents with kids sitting under our door, waiting. We came to this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hoping to relax and spend some quality time. What we got was 10 hours a day of screaming and yelling. We asked at the front desk if they can switch our room. They said it's impossible because entire hotel is booked. I highly recommend you stay away from this place. Unless you like to relax in your room with screaming children next door. All I can do now is thank Belmonte for ruining our wedding anniversary."

"We decided to spend Christmas in Krynica and having had a good experience in the summer we decided to return to this hotel. Staff on reception really pleasant and accommodating , the rooms really are fabulous. We were lucky to have a room with a balcony overlooking the walkway through town. The room was a great size and could almost have been a junior suite! Bathroom is bright and large too. Very comfy beds and a good nights sleep is guaranteed. Breakfast is amazing and something for everyone- cakes are delicious too. There’s a small spa where you can just chill out - treatments are available"

"We visited in April, so it was off season. The staff were universally friendly and helpful, especially Viola at the front desk. She spent much time helping us with day trip planning. The hotel was very clean and the restaurant made a very good breakfast and dinner. The bar, though small, was nice and they have a full sized pool table. There was ample parking and the location was terrific…surrounded by forest and ski areas. The pool and saunas were a nice addition and were well kept. Overall a great experience."
