"Vi blev her en nat og fandt vores værelse vores værelse godt møbleret, det havde en pod kaffemaskine, moderne tv med wi-fi. Vi havde et dejligt badeværelse med alle sæbe, gels osv. leveret og dejlige store håndklæder.Bederne var meget behagelige, og vi havde begge en stor nats søvn, vi hørte ingen støj fra baren nedenunder os på nogen tid, Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt hele vores ophold, og vi ser frem til at blive her igen."

Amazing hospitality from the hosts, beautiful rooms, tasty and plentiful food, good parking, astounding location over the river and near the sea - all at lovely Lynmouth, a beautiful seaside village with plentiful walks and places to visit by car or good bus service. By the way, not only is this a great B&B, tasty homecooked evening meals are also available on request: the meals are good value for money - and far better than any you can buy elsewhere. I very strongly recommend you stay here."

"En elegant privat ejet B&B, der drives af Robert og Richard, som befaler en majestætisk udsigt over Bristol Channel (vi boede i Summer House). Jeg er en lidt svær person, og Robert og Richard, der tydeligvis ikke kan tolerere en spids af støv, er mere svære end jeg er. De deltager i de mest minutlige detaljer: fra deres valg af kunstværker, fødevareingredienser, te bagsække, badegel til den behagelige madrasser og pølser på en gammel solid træseng. Robert og Richard sætter mærkenavne hoteller – Ligesom Rosewood, Four Seasons og Mandarin Oriental – til skam.Og, den skørste af alle, de opkræver £150 pr. nat, lækker morgenmad og gratis parkering inkluderet.Absolut skørhed."

"Great location near to the Harbour. We didn't have a car with us but there is a public car park nearby. Near to local bus stop for bus to Barnstaple. Excellent choices for cooked breakfast, including food from the breakfast buffet table. Set us up for the day. The room was spotless, with tea coffee bottled water and biscuits. Our host was welcoming and friendly. I would certainly stay again and recommend it to others."

"Fantastisk ophold Sam bartenderen var en superstjerne, der reddede os fra klippen før mørket.Tak Sam for Yr venlighed og hjælp og bære vores taske! Samlet ophold var fantastisk.Ren og frisk værelse.Frue var ude af stand med byrder af valg.Service var fabelagtigt.Renheden var så hjælpsom, da vi havde brug for oplysninger. Tak, alle sammen. Og Sam er vi så taknemmelige.Vi troede, vi måske skulle lejre på den sydvestlige vej om natten!"

"I am only going to add to all of the other reviews written already sadly. Clearly this man doesn't care what people have to say or the reviews. We too were bullied into having more than we wanted and he insisted on us paying cash, but WE insisted that we were paying by card. If he had not been so rude and abrupt then we may have obliged with cash. Beautiful setting and lulls you into a false sense of security but the owner is unpleasant and spoilt the experience. We will not be returning."
