"We used this hotel as part of a business trip and is located in the northeast of Leipzig, as already stated in the name. This location is not particularly central, but we were aware of this before booking. The hotel offers a basic standard and although it does not offer luxury, it has the necessary amenities. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable but not outstanding. Some defects were noted, such as a broken soap dispenser on the bathroom sink, a broken toilet brush holder lying next to the toilet, and minimal mold growth between the glass and the shower wall frame. The room amenities include a television, a hairdryer, an open wardrobe and storage compartments. We had booked breakfast and discovered that at 9:00 a.m. the breakfast room was already almost completely occupied by trade fair employees. At the reception, which was open to the restaurant area, there was a queue of around 8 people who wanted to check out. When we tried to look for coffee at the buffet, we couldn't find it. The buffet was already pretty heavily looted, but there was still enough choice for us. However, we note that apart from soup spoons, no other cutlery was available. When we were looking for an employee to remedy the situation, a trade fair guest told us that the lady was alone and now had to serve the reception. They even had to eat their breakfast without drinks. When I mentioned that there was also no knife for spreading bread, I learned from this guest that she had to share the last knife with everyone else. The employee couldn't help it because she couldn't handle everything at the same time, but the staff scheduling obviously failed here. This is unacceptable. Due to the cheap room price, we decided not to refund the breakfast fee."

"Vi havde desværre meget urolige nætter. Værelserne er meget lys. Vi var ikke klar over, hvorfor de få gæster ikke blev fordelt på hele hotellet. Det føltes, at hotellet kun var placeret til 20%, hvilket også kunne ses på den lave morgenmadsdeltagelse og næsten tom parkering. Vi var i første sal, og da dette sted er åben til gulvet, hvor morgenmadsrummet og receptionen er beliggende, har vi hørt alle lyde om natten og tidligt (højt underholdning, check-in, Desuden blev de to værelser ved siden af os belagt af fremmede gæster. Hvorfor gør man sådan og booker ikke folk med mindst et pufferværelse, så alle kan hvile sig! ? ! ? Hvorfor kun, beviser man de dårligste værelser, fra placeringen, selv om næsten hele hotellet er tomt! ? Allerede på anden eller tredje etage ville man ikke have hørt noget om støjen fra jordens skodder, da der ikke længere er nogen åben gang der ... Ved checkout var der stadig diskussioner, at vi påstås stadig skulle betale, Selv om vi havde en bekræftelse af afbestillingen. Alt er meget beklageligt og ikke forståeligt. PS: morgenmad var god."

"Overall a good Hotel with Comfort. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s located a bit far from the motorway, which made for a peaceful atmosphere. But not so good for traveling through Germany. The rooms were delightful — especially the bright orange bathroom, which added a fun touch. Beds were comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. The swimming pool looked much larger in the photos, so that was a bit of a surprise. There was water aerobics going on when we arrived. Bathrobes were provided, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately, no slippers were included. There’s a small bar in the hotel, but no outdoor service, which was a bit of a letdown during the warm weather. Overall, a pleasant experience with just a few small misses."
