"We stayed in new rooms that were newly made available opposite the actual hostel. The rooms were clean and the landlord was accommodating. We were there for the jazz festival so it was a bit noisy. "The location is excellent; I chose a room near the bus station, a 13-minute walk away, and a 10-minute walk from the city center. I chose a room with a terrace; there's only one with one. The refrigerator wasn't working properly, but they brought me a new one the next day. Since it's an attic roof, there are visible leaks, but they didn't bother me because I'm a big fan of terraces and balconies. The owner is very attentive and responds to messages promptly. When I wanted to extend my stay but everything was already booked, he offered a solution. The receptionist speaks Russian. However, my UniPay cards didn't work."

"I booked on Agoda. The hotel says there is an elevator. There is NO elevator but you can walk up 5 flights with your luggage. The bathroom is a “trendy” bathroom w smoked glass door, not a real wooden door. Meaning you can hear your partner on the toilet. Fun!! ****** designed the shower. The shower will flood the entire bathroom as well as the carpeted room outside of the bathroom. There is no table in the bathroom, meaning my iPad and clean clothes were soaked by the over flowing shower. Beds are like low to the ground , military cots"

"This is an impeccably modern hotel with a cool, artsy vibe. It is very comfortable and quiet and a very easy walk into the mall area in Nis. The room is well appointed, wifi and AC work well and it is quiet. Breakfast is not included by default and for the price it should be really. Many good bakeries nearby though. It is an easy walk to the bus station if that is how you arrive in Nis. Two negatives though (1) there are multiple flights of stairs (3) as well as a lift from level 0 to 3 where the hotel is - so pack light, (2) no fridge in room, only a communal one at reception."
