"This hotel was our home during our family's exploration of Ningxiang. The overall stay was delightful, and what truly stood out was the consistently meticulous service we received, making us feel genuinely welcome and at home – a heartfelt thank you is definitely in order! Every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping aunties, was friendly and thoughtful. A small incident left a lasting impression: on our first day, we asked the front desk for a bus route that would be convenient for getting around and seeing Ningxiang's sights. She couldn't answer immediately but, to our surprise, she specifically sought us out the next morning. She told us she had consulted her mother at home and suggested we try bus route No. 1. This level of dedication, going above and beyond her duty, truly warmed our hearts. Furthermore, because we were traveling with a child, we requested two extra pillows upon check-in. The front desk readily agreed, and when the housekeeping auntie delivered them, she proactively brought an extra bath towel and a bottle of drinking water. Such thoughtful details clearly demonstrate the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The breakfast was also satisfying. The freshly cooked Hunan rice noodles were incredibly authentic. While the variety wasn't extensive, the genuine flavors were its strong suit, and our entire family enjoyed a fulfilling meal that energized us for the day ahead. The most moving moment occurred after we checked out. Our ride-hailing driver, unhappy with the platform's fare, forcefully demanded an extra 30 yuan from us, creating an awkward situation. At this point, two front desk staff members, noticing the scene, didn't distance themselves just because we had checked out. Instead, they actively approached us, offered advice, and extended their help. What they did went far beyond their job responsibilities, and their sense of responsibility and kindness left our entire family filled with gratitude. In summary, our trip to Ningxiang was made exceptionally warm and smooth thanks to the comprehensive care and assistance provided by Huichen Hotel from check-in to check-out. We give it a full five-star rating, and we will not only choose to stay here again in the future but also sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Ningxiang! Thank you again for the wonderful experience you gave us."

"The location is good, but the disposable slippers are of poor quality and smell like plastic. The first room we had was unclean and smelled terrible. It was incredibly smelly, and the stench was overwhelming! Even the front desk clerk couldn't stand it. After changing rooms, the odor was gone, the cleanliness was acceptable, and it wasn't too noisy outside."
