Breakfast was another of the highlights. I'll return to Lugu Hu in the future just to stay at this place."

I really love their decor style; the lobby offers beautiful views everywhere you look. The staff are all very enthusiastic, diligent, and reliable, especially Miss Zhima. She's incredibly capable and responsible, treating every guest wonderfully and taking excellent care of everyone. I often saw her bustling around, constantly busy with tasks, and her thoughtful service was incredibly heartwarming. Staying at Three-Color Cloud River truly felt like being at home. The facilities are comprehensive, with thoughtful touches like afternoon tea, evening white fungus soup, and even face masks. Every day, the room is stocked with snacks and tea. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends."

"This has to be one of the best B&B-style hotels I've ever stayed in. It's built halfway up the mountain, offering fantastic views directly over Lugu Lake, and Puluo Pier is just a short walk down. The parking lot is down a slope, which can be a bit tricky to drive up, but the staff are incredibly proactive and enthusiastic. They helped me with my car and luggage to the parking lot and even assisted with parking. Although breakfast is a set menu, it's quite varied, including small bowls of rice noodles, fruit, milk/soy milk, corn/sweet potatoes, porridge, and more. The one-on-one butler service is also quite good. I recently stayed at another B&B that cost over 2000 yuan a night, but its service and environment were far inferior compared to this one. It definitely exceeded my expectations."

"Vi havde en så vidunderlig tid at bo på dette hotel i DaLuoShui Village, lige ved den smukke Lugu Lake!Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre - sø udsigt overalt og restauranter og butikker bare en kort gåtur væk. Personalet var super venligt, især de to smukke receptionister, A Zhi og Xiao Xiong, der altid hilser os med store smil.Vores værelse var stilfuldt, rent og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for. "Traveling with friends, the butler service was excellent. After arriving in the afternoon and planning to go out for dinner, we were going to walk a few hundred meters to the restaurant. When the butler heard where it was, he reminded us that there was a very steep hill and proactively offered to drive us. Nearing the end of our meal, he promptly asked if we needed a pick-up. The room was very clean, directly facing the lake, and the courtyard was also beautiful. Our original plan to take a walk along the lake after dinner was canceled. Instead, we enjoyed fruits and chatted in the courtyard, which was very comfortable. The owner even brought us a thoughtful sweet soup before bed. Breakfast was very rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. My friend and I each ordered a different one. The presentation was lovely, and the portions were quite generous – almost too much to finish."

"What truly leaves an impression when staying at a hotel is the human connection. The two young men here were incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, constantly busy helping every guest, always accommodating, and provided thoughtful care. Since we didn't drive, we relied on them to take us to Daluoshui Pier, and they were always quick to respond. The night before we left, the driver we booked suddenly canceled (!!avoid this driver at all costs!!), leaving us without transport. It was A-Long who helped us find a driver late at night. It wasn't part of his job, but he was simply willing to do whatever he could to help us resolve the issue. Luckily, he managed to contact someone, ensuring we had a smooth journey back. A huge thank you to him! The hotel's facilities are excellent, clean, and tidy. There's a road outside the hotel, with the lake just across it. The windows are soundproof, so it didn't affect our sleep at all. Overall, highly recommended!"

"Værelset har en interessant udformning.Natten var meget kold og varmen i rummet var let at operere og arbejdede meget godt.Hotellet går langt til den nærliggende gård, hvor de har den ildsluge kulturelle præstation om natten. Toilet og brusersområdet er meget lille, men jeg tror, det stadig anses for at være okay for en nat stop.Mange byggearbejder foregår i Lugu-byen, men arbejderne knækkede ud klokken 6 og begyndte kun klokken 9, så det påvirkede mig ikke. Ganske få gæster opholder sig i hotellet på trods af de mange valg i området og den lave topsæson."

The hotel's view is truly stunning, easily rivalling some of the major scenic spots around the lake. The hotel helped arrange a boat trip to see the morning mist and planned out a route for exploring the lake, which was fantastic! I hope the hotel continues to thrive, and I wish the transportation to Lugu Lake would improve because getting here is quite inconvenient."

Breakfast was fantastic. The staff would also escort you to the car after checking out with souvenirs!! The room is spacious and nice with fully equipped amenities (aromatic eye masks, single-use towel, single-use bathtub wrap etc). The view is also amazing, literally just 3 meters away from Lugu Lake!"
