"Excellent choice in many ways from the location to the views to the swimming pool and breakfast… The only small hitches were the smokers (possibly encouraged by the ashtrays in the rooms and by the lifts) and the pool’s limited opening hours (a nuisance made even worse by the pool being at some point completely taken over by 20 children having a swimming lesson with three instructors and a million toys which made it impossible for any guest to even squeeze in)😯"

"Overall, the stay was quite good. The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They even upgraded us to a family room free of charge, and room service was prompt on several occasions. The only downside might be the hotel restaurant. The food selection was limited (mostly set meals), not great value for money, and the taste was just average. The hotel is near Yancang Mountain and a waterfall; it would be nice to spend some time hiking there. Tip: Getting a taxi back from the hotel can be difficult, so plan ahead."

The front desk staff are enthusiastic and responsible, and they are also very patient when handling business processes. The hotel room is clean and the aunt is very nice. The TV and smart devices in the room are very sensitive The restaurant is on the 9th floor and the variety is quite good. It has everything you need. The hotel also provides free late-night snack service. Pastries and other snacks are available for guests to taste between 9:30 and 11:00 p.m. Invoices are issued quickly"

"This is a newly opened hotel with an okay ambiance, but the service is unprofessional. The receptionist was nice when we arrived. It felt like we were the only ones staying in the entire hotel. When we checked out yesterday morning, there was no one at the front desk. They only left a phone number, ************. We called, but no one answered, so we had to leave. Half a day later, the same person called repeatedly, saying they didn't know the reservation number and hadn't registered it. I had to provide her with the reservation information again. I'm really worried it's a scam call and that I've leaked my personal information. It was a terrible experience. Don't open the hotel if you're not ready. You're scaring off customers."

We communicated in advance to arrange the room. The hotel room was a bit old, but the disposable face towels were nice. The service was good. The hotel price was less than 100 yuan during the Qingming Festival holiday. I managed to book one night because I checked in late. Breakfast was egg porridge, so the price was reasonable. The surrounding street was lively with food stalls. There was no parking available, and the nearby parking lots were full, but there was an underground parking lot across the street, which was also good."
