However, as soon as I stepped out of the elevator on the fifth floor, there was an unpleasant smell. The complimentary snacks and fruit were just okay; the fruit was fresh and nice, but the snacks felt a bit cheap and could be improved. Overall, it's still a good stay. It would be perfect if they could eliminate that odor near the elevator on the fifth floor. As a five-star hotel, they should address this issue promptly and find a solution."

Ting, der skal nævnes for udenlandske besøgende, som måske ikke forstås: morgenmad/middagsstedet er ophøjet, 15 minutters gang fra hotellet, så hvis du ikke har en bil, kan det være lidt ubehageligt (shuttle er kun til rådighed om aftenen). Et andet punkt er, at udendørs spa fra hotellet og den fælles pool kun kan få adgang én gang, så gør alt, hvad du kan, før du går ind for at nyde det længste.Det er ikke kritik, og det er råd, der skal skabe bevidsthed for fremtidige rejsende. "The environment here deserves a 99% rating. Most of the staff were great, though a few individuals could improve their service. The hot springs were very relaxing. Breakfast had limited variety but good quality. Having to take two shuttle transfers just to get to breakfast was a bit tiring."

"I have to give a huge shout-out to Ninghai Holiday Resort! This hotel just opened on April 30th this year, so the facilities are brand new, and the experience was fantastic. The entire hotel is designed with standalone villas, offering great privacy and really giving you that vacation vibe. The environment is simply gorgeous; the landscaping is meticulously done, and the back garden is beautiful – perfect for a stroll or taking photos. The room interiors were equally satisfying: spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. A special mention goes to Coco at the front desk and Alice from the F&B department. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm, making us feel completely comfortable from check-in to inquiries and every meal. They truly enhanced our stay. With the added bonus of the hot springs, this stay was truly perfect. New hotel, great environment, and excellent service – I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Ninghai; you won't be disappointed!"

"Pros: Deep in the mountains, the environment is really good, the decoration is also great, and we were given a free upgrade. Cons: The breakfast is very poor, and when I checked in, I specifically asked if it was a set meal or buffet, and they said it was buffet. As a result, I got a portion of porridge, steamed buns and eggs per person. If I had known this, I would not have set the alarm to get up early. Service needs to be improved. It was a good thing that they gave us desserts in the evening, but when we were taking a shower and going to the toilet, the waiter pushed the door open directly. It was too embarrassing. I said sorry and left. No apology when I checked out"

The air conditioning was excellent! The front desk service was excellent, and the friendly receptionist even upgraded me to a double room upon check-in, which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Qiantong Ancient Town, as it's only a 7-8 minute walk away."
