"Transferred from Dongqian Lake to the Shangri-La in Ningbo city. Although it was a rainy day, I felt a warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as I entered the spacious and bright lobby. Despite a conference being held, and a lot of people around, everything felt busy yet orderly. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and upgraded me to a river view room. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, I could see the dazzling beautiful scenery where the three rivers meet. Although the room facilities are a bit dated, it was clean and tidy. If you have time, the hotel's Chinese restaurant, 'Shang Palace', is definitely worth trying."

"This trip, I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a smart hotel that completely changed my perception of accommodation! As an introvert and a lazy person, I'm absolutely thrilled 😭. ✅ Contactless facial recognition check-in means no waiting in line at the front desk. Just a face scan and you're in your room in seconds, giving you a complete sense of security. The whole-house voice control is amazing! Lying in bed, I just say "Xiao Du," and the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and TV are all controlled with a single command. Before bed, I say "sleep mode" and the lights automatically turn off and the curtains close. In the morning, the "wake-up mode" slowly opens the French windows, and I'm cured by the sunlight. 🤖 Robots deliver food and amenities, so you don't have to interact with anyone at all. This is truly the ultimate hotel for introverts!"

The underground parking lot had plenty of spaces, and the service was warm and attentive, with them calling in advance to confirm customer needs. The hotel's hygiene management was also quite good. For dinner, I went to 'Ala Ming Zao · Ala Ningbo Ren,' a must-try restaurant on Ningbo's essential dining list, which was a ten-minute drive away. Ningbo Old Bund wasn't far either for an evening stroll. There's a KFC right opposite the hotel, and the hotel lobby offers complimentary freshly ground coffee, snacks, and a variety of teas. The establishment is really thoughtful!"

"This is an older hotel, and generally, everything is up to standard, though the facilities are a bit dated, which doesn't really impact the experience. Wenby from guest relations was incredibly attentive; she proactively checked in on my stay and paid attention to small guest needs. "I booked this hotel for a two-day trip to Ningbo during the Dragon Boat Festival. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from Ningbo Drum Tower. The ground floor of the hotel is currently under renovation; the walls are mostly torn down, and it looks like a pile of rubble. At first glance, I thought it was an abandoned, unfinished building. However, the elevator was working, and once upstairs, I found the hotel's interior environment to be quite good and suitable for a stay."
