"Come every year. Nice location for ease of transport to other locations. Staff friendly, Ashleigh and Sarah very helpful. You can be closer to town but you have to worry about car parking and additional fees. This is easier and the rooms are fine with AC and decent size for a family with a younger child. Even won a couple of things in a raffle. No issues, and booking is easy online. Painless experience every time. Hit up the car book fair nearby on Tuesdays and Thursdays for ace of base CDs. Breakfast cost extra but is decent. Only negative is internet speed, (that’s generally for most other surrounding areas too). but you can get the upgrade WiFi for tolerable speeds for free. Prices standard for summer. Play around with your days to make a saving rather than just jumping in on a mon/fri week Slot."

"Clean, comfortable room with good heating - which was appreciated during a cold snap that coincided with our visit. The wi-fi was reliable, and there was a TV, tea and coffee making equipment and a modern bathroom. Contrary to what some other reviews say, the beds are comfortable with good pillows. There is no fridge or in-room safe, but we did not require those things. The staff were friendly and bar and restaurant facilities were available if required. The "full Cornish" breakfast was good although not over large. The location is excellent for a range of local services and beaches. Constructive suggestion: add a soap tray in the shower. even if this is just one that clips on to the shower head riser bar."
